I don't understand the hype for this trick. Its not fooling at all. There is only one way this could be done and thats the way the spectators will come up with.
I like this effect. That said, I also agree with your assessment that this going to require a couple of hour of practice everyday for two weeks. If you arent willing to put in the time, then don't try to perform this. When done right, this is a show stopper.
Thanks for the review on Stitch! I can see from your performance that it sure takes time to practice to make it looks good since I see some suspicious movements at the end of the before presenting the tubes to spectators for examination.
This does look great! however I can only see this as a Tenyo style product. It's at best a fun toy for collectors. Not for a professional Magician. The other thing that really bothers me apart from the audience working it out. Is I would expect there to be pain if you were to really do this!? I would expect to find this item in a nice 'Marvin's magic' box of tricks
I just got mine yesterday, and I agree 100% on practice is going to be a must. So far I'm loving it. Love the videos and all the magic thank you for everything.
It’s an Illusion! But in small scale - which is a great hook: always wanted to do illusions but don’t have the budget (or the pretty assistant 😂) Everybody knows, that people don’t get really severed by a giant blade/saw … but if Copperfield does it, or P&T explain it it’s suitable for me, too 😅😅😅 I like the look and it seems fun!!! 🎉
I got mine and i love it as long as you practice to make it look smooth it will be fine remember you can examine everything in the beginning and the end so you wi fry them if you do it correctly that is my opinion
man, I think this product looks bad even for non magicians... maybe it's just me

I think you should have practiced a bit more before performing it.
The problem with this kind of effect is that there is only one possible explanation. And it’s pretty obvious what’s going on.
I hate this trick. It’s obvious how it works. As soon as I saw the trailer it was very clear the finger is bent and hidden by the thumb

imagine combining this with “the equalizer”.
Craig, you might get sued for ruining this mini illusion 😂 JK. this trick can only be explained by one method and one method only, which makes it lame
thanks, and actually thanks for the flash, i see now how it will take practice, strong finger control, but that is very clever
The trailer fooled me until the finger came completely off. If I was to perform it, the most I would do is tilt the cut section at a 45 degree angle.

The thing is that at the point when you actually separate your finger people are going to say “turn your hand around”. At least I know I would.
What about doing it wearing a surgical glove?
At 20:15 basically give away the method FFS Craig .
You didn’t known this?!! It’s obvious how it done!! Use your head
@@Davidblaine18 Yes I did,I was making an observation.
Perfect for kids shows or comedy magic, add some blood and a hammer and it'd be a fun thing to do, but for a serious, adult magic show, nah!
@@bappoo Kids will destroy anyone showing them this one. Kids aren’t stupid and they don’t have the “polite” filter that most adults have.

I just can't figure out the hype about this one. Should be a Magic kit effect and the price! WOW

Thank you for the comprehensive review - this looks pretty good.
Would it be possible for me to put rubbing alcohol on the blades and set them on fire when I Push them through my finger???

Flash! Oops!
I received mine a few days ago. I've been practicing. I love it!!
Should only use one blade really, if you’re cutting something twice near each other wouldn’t there be 2 parts fall off?
Tenyos oh no is better ..
Thanks Craig excellent review of a very good effect, cheers
This looks so amazing!
