1 Jesus shall reign where’er the sun Doth his successive journeys run; His Kingdom stretch from shore to shore, Till moons shall wax and wane no more. 2 To Him shall endless prayer be made. And princes throng to crown His head, His name like sweet perfume shall rise With every morning sacrifice. 3 People and realms of every tongue Dwell on His love with sweetest song; And infant voices shall proclaim Their early blessings on His name. 4 Blessings abound where’er He reigns: The prisoner leaps to lose his chains, The weary find eternal rest, And all the sons of want are blest. 5 Let every creature rise and bring His grateful honors to our King; Angels descend with songs again, And earth repeat the loud Amen.
Still enjoying your organ performance, are you still sure the organ does not need good 16ft or especially 32 feet pedal Bourdon or ect....? The sanctuary seem too large for for that organ. Curious? Enjoy the service immensely

@starstruck326 This is the Church of St Michael in Stillwater, MN. Thanks much.
I like the global big sing version of this one with chorus added.
I'm using this hymn at my parish this Sunday coming (IV Ordinary Time, II-3-13).
Nice opening fanfares on your version.
BMP
Gawgas," as we say in the south, but a tad too fast.
Excellent!

Stirring!
Certainly, the organ was overpowered. I still appreciate the effort.
Au, mein Ohren! I think he overpowered that organ a little bit!
