Luke Augustine 3sgte is 5 speed. There is no firewall cutting. You will need a gearbox from MR2, axels, mounts etc etc. If you want to go front mount intercooler then some mods to accomodate the piping as well. You will also need to upgrade your exhaust
well i already have a toyota gearbox 5spd itscurrently on my 7afe will that work? but how come the 4age 20v bt is 6spd but the 3sgte is faster but only 5spd ???
wesley eidson yeah engine mounts are custom made. FMIC also requires some fabrication and ofcourse intercooler piping is a bit hard. I am using 4th gen side feed manifold on 3rd gen head so piping comes in neat and clean. Rest is pretty straight forward.
Your and mines look very similar mainly cuz its the same color lol but the body work on yours is awesome its costing me $16000 to do a paint job on mines the only diff with ours is you have the 3sgte and im 4age lol

Needless to say, that's a petrolheads fuel. Obstruction from outside people. But I divert. I wanted to ask you how difficult it was, if parts needed to be fabricated or they fitted well. If you don't mind, i'd like to know how much you spent on your build. I'd appreciate your help. Thanks.
once you are changing the fuel injected engine to his you need a professional electrician but i don't recommend the engine that samad is using if i were you i would go 4age 20v my 4age blacktop 20v easily destroys the 3sgte and sr20 and the plus side is the 4age 20v was designed for ae101 so won't have much converting to do only thing maybe is just your exhaust needs to change to 2.5 inch pipes....

Strut Brawler it has precision 5031e. I have not stroked the engine but over-bored it to 2.2 liters

Jonathan Manzano those are intercooler pipes. One of them leads to the inlet manifold and the other leads to the turbo
