Just picked up one of these and the matching trainer. Didn't know if I liked it. But now, I love this blade: waved, FFG, S30V, unique design, lightweight, great clip, and still practical enough for EDC.
this and the Fox 479 karambit and the Spyderco Tasman salt are my favorite EDCs (for folders), I carry a Ka-Bar USMC short every day or aklmost every day as well since it weighs virtually nothing when on my belt
I've been training with this along with my .38 snub (when I have access to it, I don't keep it where I currently live for personal reasons), as a gun-retention weapon and also as (perhaps, hypothetically) a non-lethal way to take someone down even with my firearm out, also trained using my Glock 26 to see if there was any difference when dealign with a double-stacked gun with a bit more weight vs an airweight snub-nose revolver So far, in "theory" it seems to be something that would be fantastic for this :)

@brutusbruno Yes, Bob's hands arent shown to be the star in that format, so yes.
@Pyro7502 nah that's standard for S30V =/ they should make a budget-steel model though

I have to admit I dont like it. The wave stud looks gimmicky and an afterthought
