  • This video is about Syllogism tricks for ssc and banking exam. Usually around 4 to 5 question comes during exams from Syllogism concept. In every aptitude Syllogism question comes in reasoning section and this is a very short and easy trick to solve Syllogism questions by using a Venn diagram.

    Nice trick of syllogs . Great idea to connect this topic with accounting part i.e. with income n expenditure.
    I just like the colorful idea
    But it is not considering perfect tricks for syllogisms for exm purpose.

    Last Q, option a is correct since option 4 (or d) is just same as statement a. You cannot have the same conclusion as any of the statement.

    ' Income can never be greater than expenditure'
    I still understood the concept because you explained step wise step.
    Please pin a comment stating ' Expenditure can never be greater than Income '.
    Though we know loans and credit card are the sweetest poison which solve the problem just fine.

    I think firstly you need a class on syllogism then after you can deliver the lecture. You don't know anything about syllogism. Firstly attend a class for that then upload any video

    1st question intelligent has different values which means no direct relationship of two statements,still u solved.in last question u solved in different manner.u learn and then taech

      If any of the values is 100 then we can solve it..
      As per your doubt, statement (a) has 50 as it's value on intelligent
      And statement (b) has 100 as it's value on intelligent
      Here, any one should be 100, and so it is.
      Or both as 100.
      That's how sum is solved.

      & For tree - 50 & for plant -100
      Because trees attached witch some like statement & plant start with not like statement
      In conclusion we consider - ve statement 😊

      R.PRABU SARAN i guess u are referring to Q 2 (Sal, Ash and Abishek). The first 3 conclusions are correct and 4th incorrect, per my review too-Sal and Abi are disjointed/have nothing in common so a & b are correct; Ash is part of Abi so c is correct & d is wrong.

    In 4th example(viz. plants & herbs) u have used same statements as premises and as well as conclusions.Stmt-a=concln-d and stmt-b=concln-b. So there's no need to apply any rule to derive conclusions.

    sir, what about syllogism- "Some-Not". I've lots of problem with this.

    I have a doubt. In last question you said that "some trees are plants" is correct conclusion but when a statement repeats in conclusion then that conclusion is considered to be wrong. Please correct if otherwise.

      It would have been wrong if the statement written in conclusion as a possibility.. as that is a true not possibility..
