It's actually a waste of time and money doing this unless it's active.. Just use a pair of Gakuons the Westminster's are very capable even with a 10 watt amp. When I had them I used two Kondo mono amps..I now use Alsyvox and the Kondo's. Sorry you've spent too much or not enough..
@@skynguyen7545 It's not just about the power it is about the sonic character of the tubes so yes the Westminster may be able to be driven with 300B or 2a3 of 3-10 watts but you may PREFER the sound of the AN 211 tube amps more.

The Westminster was reviewed by Jeff Day with the 8 watt Meishu Tonmeister - it has enough power and sounds great but some folks just like the sound quality of the Jinro/Tomei/Ongaku more. So you are buying the 211 not so much for the added power but because you like the sound of the 211 more than the sound of the 300B. I have Audio Note E speakers that only need about 5 watts in a medium-sized room. I run Empress Monoblocks 2a3 at 8 watts) - and I have no problem playing big music at uncomfortably loud levels. I still prefer the Jinro simply because I think it sounds better - the extra 10-12 watts is largely meaningless. You already have perhaps the best monoblocks in the world - albeit Audio Note has introduced "The Legend" amplifiers but they are probably triple the price of the Gak-Ons. You have a great system - I love this series of Tannoy.

AN-E are hard to drive. The sensitivity of AN-E in test is only 88 to 90dB rather than Audio Note UK said, 94 to 96 even 98.5dB. And... in mid and low frequency, impedance is quite high. even higher than some Harbeth or Graham similar sizes speakers.
But Westministers are easy to drive and crossover really with ideal design unlike AN-E. You don't need much power to drive them. Only single 211 or even 300B single ended are enough and you can get purer sound.
Gakuon or... Kondo Kagura? my amps are ATM-3211. In my opinion, those 211 in parallel or push pull amps are better to drive like Zingali, Verity Sarastro and... even big like Verity Lohengrin? My speakers are Sarastro and I really need 211 push pull or in parallel to drive them. But if my speakers are Westminister... I will choose Kondo Ongaku or even... Audio Note UK BARANSU.
