My Dad use to have a WD6 . Nice old tractor. About 20 years ago somebody stole it from our yard and never saw it again. Our neighbor north of us has two 44 tractor's like that. Thank you for the video eh.

I always wondered how well the W-4 would handle a baler and wagon in tow, seemed way smoother than I imagined, but the windrows were quite small also. You should really fix that pto shaft guard though. You are literally just a few inches away from death running that way regardless of shoelaces. Even with the guard I always duct tape my laces when running the pto on my w-4 just to be extra safe because even when tied, they are inches from the shaft.

It’ll get one eventually, it’s what was on it when he bought it. We didn’t have much money back then so we worked with what we had in terms of making it usable again

My grandfather farmed 200 acres with a W4 and an Allis B and was never short of horse power. He traded an old steel wheeled 10/20 McCormick he had for the W4
