About how much foam clay would you say we need for 1 house? would 1 lb package be enough (17.6oz)
Yes, that will be enough. It's hard to say an exact amount because it will depend on how thick you make the pieces for the house, but I used less than 1 lb for this.
That’s very cute!! I’ve just found you! I made an open gingerbread house (no front, so it’s really a gingerbread room!) and I was wondering if that spackle would work for decorating it since it’s made from cardstock. Do you think the card would soak up moisture from the spackle, or that it would dry on it like it does on the clay? Have you ever gotten any onto paper? Perhaps I could make lines of the “frosting onto baking paper and then glue it to the paper after it dries. Any comments?? Thank you so much!! 💕
Fun! I think the paper may get soggy, but you definitely could pipe the spackling onto wax paper or parchment paper and then glue it on. I made flowers that way for another project because it seemed to hard to pipe them on the object.

On what site? Bohs? They also sell it on Amazon. Try just typing "bohs foam clay" into Google and it will take it directly to it on their site.
