Been a LONG time user of Sta-bil as well as Seafoam for all my small engines, boat, chainsaw, lawnmower, generator ............. etc, etc !!!! Great products.
I use this all the time in both my boats, 3 generators, 3 chainsaws, rototiller, push mower, lawn tractor, zero turn mower, snow blower, log splitter and a wood chipper in a pear treeee...never have problems starting even when the fuel has been sitting in some pieces of equipment for a couple years.
Can also open big side, squeeze bottle a little, hold and replace cap, then do the tilt and let go of the squeeze and it'll pull it back down into the bottle
Yes. Red is just for storage. Blue and amber have ethanol treatment, cleaners and stabilizers Blue and amber only stabilize for a year. Red just stabilizes but will keep gas good for 2 years
Yes it can. I mow with two vintage Lawn Boy mowers. I mix my fuel 32:1 in a 2 gallon can then add 1oz of Sta-Bil 360 Marine in the can. My 44 and 46 year old Lawn Boys still fire up on the first or second pull even after sitting all winter.
Hi Eric, In the conversion from oz to ml I have mixed twice the amount needed of 360 marine into the fuel tank, can you please tell me if this is this going to be a problem. cheers Michael
Good informing video with great advice. A silly question. Does it make any difference if you put Sta Bil in the fuel tank before the fuel is added or is it best after the fuel is added 🤔. Really enjoyed watching. Atb Steve 👍
I think you are supposed to add/mix the Sta bil as soon as you buy the fuel. Or at least as soon as practical. If the Sta bil is in the tank first adding the fuel from the pump will help to mix it but I wouldn't put the Sta bil in on an empty tank because that might allow a slug of the pure stuff to go straight into the carburetor which might cause a no start. So on an empty tank I guess put in a couple gallons of gas, then add your Sta bil, then pump the remaining several gallons of gas.
@@davidpowell3347great advise, what about if you already have fuel sitting on the boat tank for a while? Will it work if i add the additive ? Or should i throw off all that fuel and start fresh?
I'm curious about using it in other things too Many have said they use this blue one for all their lawn equipment too, which is what I'm going to do since I already have it
There are 3. Red, amber 360, and blue marine 360. Red only really stabilizes for storage. Amber and blue stabilize but also have chems for ethanol in fuel and cleaners for running engines

I've been using Sta-Bil for many years in all my small engines. I find it much faster and easier to use a measuring cup to measure it.

I have watched a ton of these videos and I haven't found one yet that would tell you exactly how this will stop ethanol from harming your engine
Ethanol attracts water, that's when fuel starts going bad , if you read the bottle you'd know how it works
I've always used Fuel Stabilizer with my motors. However, on my Vespa it did damage the carburetor.
I've been using it in my cars for years now with no problems!
will it work with 4 stroke outboard
Does the Marine version have additional benefits compared to Original Sta-bil?
Yes. Red is just for storage.
Blue and amber have ethanol treatment, cleaners and stabilizers
Blue and amber only stabilize for a year.
Red just stabilizes but will keep gas good for 2 years
Thanks!
Cha-ching♫... Thanks for the cash Mr. Sponsor.
He's definitely out of his element in this video, but there's nothing wrong with being sponsored by Sta-Bil.
Agreed and agreed.
Eric has enough sway online for Sta-bil to want him as a spokesman, nice job!
Is it recommend for those of us who use ethanol free gas?
Yes
Great information thank you.
I mix two cycle oil with my gas for my 90 hp Johnson can sta-bal 360 be mixed in also?
Brett yes

I called the company and they told me that it would not hurt the engine.
Stabil says they can guarantee up to 3x the amount with no I'll effects
Great presentation thanks

Since I already have the blue marine stabil, can I just use that for all my lawn gas too? Or do I need to spend more for their amber 360 stuff?
Use marine for everything
Have A 3 gallon how much would I need 360 marine thanks thanks
I have just worked out how much I need for my 12L fuel tank. 10ml will treat 12L. Which I think is just under 3 gallon. Hope this helps. 👍
