    Also it says only sinkies can purchase plus and prime flat… err i thought all along even for normal BTO, PRs are already not allowed to purchase from HDB? PRs can only buy from resale right?

    Can i ask for those plus and prime there is a condition cannot rent out whole flat. I want to ask say after 10year MOP, say i sell to the next owner, does the 2nd owner also kena these restrictions? 10year MOP, cannot rent out etc etc
