I hope they don't you can't remake a movie like this they'll focus too much on forcing the character to be too much like the original Al Pacino character of Tony and his attitude or they'll try to force him to be even crazier than the original tony Wich wil probably result in it not being realistic enough it'll I think if they remake this film it won't feel like the 80's because they'll try and indoctrinate the 21st century culture in it trying to make it "woke" and what not just to push their agenda 🙄 I mean it was a different time back then and I don't think they'll be able to make it authentic enough to make it believable

This has to be one of the best movie main theme tunes ever, it's futuristic, threatening, menacing and feels completely relevant to fit with the political situation of the time.
It's not Netflix being an ass when shit gets removed from the platform, you know? It's rather licensing issues and they don't want it as much as you. People need to learn to appreciate how easily they can access content these days...

This song has always been neglected...when the film was first released the bass drum in the intro theme was so "thumpy" it was like a disco in the theater, it really rattled your ribs and it was awesome. Then they "remastered" it and re-released it in theaters/dvd in 2003 and someone chose to cut all the bass out (and obviously the song is incomplete in the movie). Nice to see some reconstruction going on for those of us who really like this one!

The score is coming, 39 years after theaters release, the score is getting released by LLL on June 14, tracklist is yet to be revealed but for the first time ever, we'll finally get this and all other mains cues in HQ directly coming from the original tapes i guess, those tapes have been taking dust since 1983

watched scarface for the first time last week at 15, my new favorite movie, from rags to riches. I feel like what makes this movie so great is the characters and how they all have different morals, tony is a very ambitious, insertive, bold man, and elvira is a woman who wants to be with the best, only runs with the best. This is probably the greatest movie i have ever watched, does anyone have any other movie recommendations that are similar to scarface?

Great news everyone. La La Land Records just released an extended version of the soundtrack and it contains the studio version of the Main Title! After 40 years, they FINALLY decided to release it. Better late than never. But obviously, it's available on CD only (digital downloads won't be before 9th September). Therefore I'll remake a proper version of this video as soon as I can get my hands on this. My reply, "you fuckin kiddin me or what?" As we both grew older Dad always said Al Pacino should have won Best Actor for his role as Tony Montana.
