  • Lots of uses for the hunter, snow plower, day tripper. Worth the money in my opinion.

    You are giving me some great ideas for my '21 Defender HD10 Limited. Thanks for sharing! What is the bow rack and where did you get it from? Thank you

      The bow rack is just pieced together from a couple racks I had on my atvs. Suregrip bow racks is where most came from.

    That would be great! Have you considered tracks? I have been lately but not sure if it’ll fit in my enclosed trailer. 7’ ceiling with 79” rear door opening. Also thought about a 2” loft with a little larger tire. Thanks.

      Buckdragger I have thought about tracks. I would need a new trailer though. Mine is open, but barely fits now! 😂

    Very nice set-up. I like all your BRP accessories. Does the cargo rack require drilling into the cargo box so that it is securely fastened? How is the basket secured, I see the “hooks” but what secures it into place? Or is it able to be put it in and out at will? The cargo rails appear to be riveted into place at both ends? The winch appears to have to bolted into place. Keep up the great videos, I like what your doing.

      Buckdragger there are a couple holes that need drilled to add that the rack slides onto. Basket is secured with linq clips

      Buckdragger rails are riveted.

      Thanks for the reply. Is the rack easily taken out if not needed?

      Buckdragger quick linq. Takes seconds. 😉

      Awesome, are you happy with the bed winch? Was it difficult to install? Are there any accessories you’ve done that you wouldn’t do again? I did the front audio system and wished I would have gone with the full system now I can’t get the rear speaker boxes from BRP. I’ve also done the sport flares, can am round lights, rear step bumper, rear cargo light. I want to add the cargo winch, rack, power cargo tilt...thinking about the lights on the cab like yours. I have the 2018 CAB XT HD10. Appreciate your advice. Thanks

    Would you mind measuring the space below the rack? I have a box that measures 21” tall that I’d like be able to store under it. Thanks

      Buckdragger I will try to remember to do that tonight when I get home. 😉

    Hey man. That stronghold cargo rack system with the gun boot attachment. Could you mount that with the snorkel kit installed. They say no on the web site but it looks like it should work.

      @pyrocrew13  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      How far do your snorkels stick out from the back and what height? I don’t think so. My gun boots sit pretty close. I could check for you though.

    • @pyrocrew13
      @pyrocrew13  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      They might…the stronghold cuts in. There’s maybe 6-7” between gun holders and back window.

      @@pyrocrew13 that’s kind of what I was thinking but of course the website said that it’s not compatible

    Is there a reason that you didn’t go with the headache rack and install the winch and gun scabbards on gear rails that attach to the headache rack? I’m going to order the cargo winch, power tilt and rack tomorrow. I’ll rewatch your videos maybe you explain it there. I really like your set up and can tell you really think your accessories through. Sorry for all the questions.

      Buckdragger I just wanted a clear back window without being covered by the gate. That’s the only reason. Just a cleaner look for my taste.

      👍🏻 when installing the rack, cargo winch, cargo rails and the strong hold gear rail is there any particular order to install? Does one interfere with the other so a particular order is required during installation?

    • @pyrocrew13
      @pyrocrew13  5 ปีที่แล้ว

      No specific order. No interference

    In the position that you have the rack in this video, how are you able to use the quick link attachment? My front locating slot sits up on the rib of the cargo box and does not allow the rack bracket to sit flush so I can’t lock the quick link attachment? Any advise would be appreciated. Thanks

      Buckdragger ??? Mine sits perfect in that spot and I can move it back one more spot. Are you saying you are trying up closer to the rear window? She can’t go that far with my rack.

      @buckdragger9215 4 ปีที่แล้ว

      No trying to get back towards the tail gate. I can secure it in the position the “number 2 position” from the rear glass. I also have the cargo winch... however I just installed the gear rail now I need to move it back however the front slot that slides into the “bolt” sits on the rib. I have about 3/8” gap on the “foot” of the front brace. If that makes sense. Wish I could upload a picture...

      Buckdragger yeah. A pic would help. 🤔

    On the rear cargo winch... can it be easily removed or do you leave it in year round. Wasn’t sure how it would be affected when hauling mulch, leaves etc... getting ready to place a big order lol

    • @pyrocrew13
      @pyrocrew13  5 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Buckdragger just leave it on year round. Bolted on and all wired in. Doesn’t take up much space.
