- We booked an $11 Luxury Bus from Kathmandu to Pokhara Nepal. Overall the bus was great but this type of trip isn't for everyone, find out why.
If you want to book this bus the travel agent name is "Jagadamba Travels" you can find their office in Kathmandu on google maps here: P897+49H, Kathmandu 44600, Nepal. We paid about 3,000 Rupees per person but this price might change do to currency exchange.

Which would you prefer? Traveling on a 12hour bus for $11? or taking a 30min flight for $110?
As you can see we chose the bus first, but now looking back i think we should have taken the flight 😂 The bumpy bus experience is not for everyone. Hopefully soon Nepal will finish all the road construction so the roads are much smoother!
12 hour bus ride ? And there is no washroom in the bus too? I don’t think I would survive 😂

The flight should not be 110 dollars if you book about 10 days before your trip. It should be about 30 dollars and i would choose plane.

being a nepali you had a preety good ride because u dint get stuck in zams and u had comfy seats.
Yeah the seat was very comfy and you’re right we didn’t have traffic. Once the roads are paved nicely this will be an excellent trip! Much faster probably

I went to Pokhara in 2012. Bus ride. The road was the same. Maybe slightly better haha. That was rough man!

Yeah that’s what I was thinking! But unfortunately we didn’t have a seat choice since we booked it so late

I thaught this was an old video, seems not, I just arrived from Kathmandu to Pokhara by bus, I saw your video before the ride thaught it's gonna be 10 times worse but the bus was on time people where even sleeping on the ride and the road was even new at some parts, so I think your main mistake was back seats, you can book your bus and choose seats on sewabus website.

I think it's a nepali thing but what you are calling mountain we don't consider them mountain unless there have snow caps on them 😂😂
While there Is the worst Road condition this buses never can be luxury and bus driver have no experances.
