So the early circles in the video are just for a demonstration. Each system will develop its own shape but they do tend to be kind of circular. The lines are isobars and do indeed represent lines of equal pressure with the pressure dropping towards the centre of the low. Can these pressure lines be circular... equivalent pressure at each line until the centre it is the lowest!?
