So glad you loved F2H! It is easily one of the funnest courses here in West Michigan. It's a Jim Schultz designed course (Leviathan, Lake Arvesta, and oddly Goliath). Would love for you to play the Tinderbox in Ludington. I built a small technical family fun little course right in the campground that is getting some great reviews for what is: short technical wooded fun. Also, the new First St beach Family course in Manistee is a blast if you haven't done it. Built to introduce kids to the sport but an ace run park right on the lake for better players. And of course Acorn Hills Fox/Grey Squirrel in Manistee. Probably the absolute most technical 2 course layout that I have played in Michigan. Once again, keep on keeping on with the great local content!
Jim Shultz also helped to design Breakers in West Olive, MI. Would love to see you do a play through of that sometime. Disc golf is part of my and my wife's ministry at the church there (Summit Church) and seeing you play through it with your humor and easy going style would be a lot of fun to watch. :)@@tossingplastic
I used to actually grab my discs is the exact same spot for each throw. Don't do it as often now. If I ever came here I'm definitely acing the 2 short holes. Absolutely amazing looking course
I made sure to tell a new guy in our disc golf group about your channel when I noticed him pull out his Yikun Hammer as his putter. I remember in your "in the bag" vid you saying something along the lines of it not being for most people, and so far you and him are the only two people I've seen that bag them as their putting putter.
The insects basically get confused and think that the light is the moon. Depending on the type of bulb (incandescent/UV/mercury vapor), you can attract different insects. It's all about the different light wavelengths these lights put off.
You bet man, keep up the great videos and the beautiful courses! I think I'm going to need to plan an extra long weekend trip up to your neck of the woods! Also if you want crazy bugging, head to southern Arizona during monsoon season and prepared to be blown away! I haven't made that trip yet, but it's on the bug list for me. Disc golf during the day, insect collecting at night!
@tossingplastic if you ever want to learn I can help with that! I've got a few thousand beetles in my collection and a lot of other insects too. Cicada season is always a good time as well! Next year I'll have 13 and 17 year cicadas at the same time, along with the regular yearly ones, so it'll be a loud time on some of the local courses!
there has only been electric light on earth for a tiny fraction of time. (really no time at all in the grand scheme of things) think about what insects did at night before the invention of electric light? i believe it has something to do with navigation - confusing the light for the moon? or just thinking the light is the sun and it's daytime and they have to get things done... either way - i think it's really confusing them
We always tease a buddy of mine that has the strangest first step of his run up when he throws a forehand. He hikes his right knee up like he's about to start skipping. Then he does a little hop to get his momentum going for the rest of the throw. So unconventional but it works for him. We still don't miss many opportunities to razz him about it though. 😂 🥏⛓️

I noticed a line for hole 14. If you just throw it up over all the trees, you don’t have to worry about hitting them.
