If you are choosing Private Limited just because you want investment or funding in future, you can always change Sole proprietorship to a Private limited company. If are doing business in crores every month go with Private limited else choose sole proprietorship or partnership firm. So please do think and research about it again before choosing Private Limited Registration. Don't go for a private limited just to showoff that you are director. Nobody will see your visiting card and say " Oh Great!! You are a director of a Private Limited Company, please walk in red carpet and set in that golden chair " This is unreal.
