The washing your face then adding a serum then moisturizer is everyday. But in this video he seemed to exfoliate and do extra steps to take care of his skin, that’s not something u do everyday and I bet he knows that he was just showing u his pampering days. Exfoliating should only be down once or twice a week or else it’ll irritate your skin. Taking care of yourself self and hygiene shouldn’t be hard it’s pretty simple, hope this helps. Also I recommend looking into Korean skincare they have the best products and steps.

Dental hygiene tips
1. Baking Soda is an abrasive cleansing agent so it’s never recommended to use on your teeth as it can chew away your enamel. Safe, effective whitening agents are whitening strips!!
2. Water floss before brushing your teeth as you are just be rinsing all the beneficial fluoride out of your mouth with the method shown.
3. Also, don’t brush your teeth 30 minutes before or after eating something acidic which is basically most foods lol. Your enamel is sensitive in the period after eating as your mouth’s PH is acidic. So brushing too soon could exacerbate enamel erosion. The reasoning for not brushing right before eating/drinking is bc the fluoride will not have time to work.
This isn’t related to dental but your skin…incorporating an SPF into your skin care routine will be more important than any singular skin care ingredient PERIOD.
