Football season is upon us! UTSA begins it's season this week on Saturday against Kennesaw State, which means it's season prediction time! We'll discuss if UTSA can actually make a run at the CFP this season.

11-1 ceiling and 8-4 floor…UTSA has a good chance to win every game except at Texas (although that would be awesome if they did win) but a road game against a pretty good Texas State and facing Memphis could be really tough

Vegas has the odds at total wins at 8.5 regular season wins. Not including conference championship or any playoff football games. So i think that’s an accurate number!

Interesting, historically we have started slow and ended strong. If we don't lose early I don't see us losing late.

Love UTSA and proud to be an alum but I foresee a couple of heartbreakers. I believe we take L’s at UT, Rice, Memphis, and Army. Rice and army are two trap games imo. I believe we finish third in the conference with an 8-4 record and lose our bowl game to a P5 program. I say that because of the uncertainty at QB and my lack of knowledge of how quickly our starter can get a hang of our scheme and if Justin Burke (our OC) has improved going into his second year. Also, yall, if we make the playoffs, then Traylor is getting poached. 100% some bottom tier SEC/B10 school is snatching him. He’s just too good of a Texas recruiter to not offer him.
