      I know its annoying but legally it has to be called violent disorder. It is calling for others to do violent acts, which is technically correct. There is no emotion allowed in the legal system it is purely a rules based system.

    Why has the charge been downgraded from encouraging murder to encouraging violent disorder? If encouraging folk to commit mass murder than he should be charged the same as if he did the crime.

    If anyone is killed or injured by an illegal immigrant who failed asylum but was not returned due to a judge blocking it, does the family have the ability to seek recourse from the home office or judiciary for failing to protect their citizens? I want to know who is ultimately liable for these decisions to not act on removing threats to our country.

      Judges have personal immunity when acting on behalf of the law. You'd probably have to sue the government, which is very difficult.

      He WAS in a position of trust, but It has a much more far reaching effect. He was involved in kids groups like the scouts and sea cadets. If he gets convicted, which seems likely, then he will no longer be allowed to have any involvement with children's activities. With just a few words and in the space of a few seconds he has ruined his life, and will be barred from holding political office. All of this he now has to live with, so he will really be feeling it.
