2000 Ford Ranger Frame Repair

83-2012 Ford Ranger Frame repair on my 2000 Ford Ranger XLT. These trucks are known for frame issues with the rear frame section, as well as the spring hangers rusting out and the frame going bad where the 2 frame sections join together.
This is my method of repairing my frame using Safe-T-Cap frame plates from www.autorust.com and a cheap Harbor Freight Flux Core Mig welder. This is a fairly easy to do job if your frame isn't completely gone, but it is extremely time consuming if you do it the right way.

Maybe, when u get A type personality chance, deal with the rust on the underside of the bed. It looks great!
