  • In this project, I made Resin art sphere. Alcohol ink in resin. I poured alcohol ink into the epoxy resin and mixed it a little. In this DIY, the main thing was that the epoxy resin was thick. Alcohol ink in resin can still be combated - for that you need to know your resin and the basic principles of using the ink in it. To begin with, we drip alcohol ink, and then either smear it with a stick in resin, or leave it in this form, or pour a little transparent epoxy resin on top. The result is a very cool epoxy fill with alcohol ink. In macro photography, he looks just amazing and mesmerizing. Like space or a nebula in space.

    This is awesome 😃. The answers you provide are very good! I have experienced with several brands of epoxy! I have 2 "go to's"... for different projects. One is great during our Canadian winters and the other is better during our humid summers! God bless you and you're country ❤

    This is, by far, the most beautiful work I've ever seen in resin, specifically being in the shape of a sphere. Huge Congratulations...❤

    Great video! How did you get the resin to not leak out of the hole or stick to the surface underneath the half with the hole in it?

    Can this technique work with mica powder instead of alcohol inks?

    • @ARTtherapyEpoxy
      @ARTtherapyEpoxy  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      It is necessary to test, but alcohol ink gives such an effect for sure.

    What kind of epoxy resin are you using?

    • @ARTtherapyEpoxy
      @ARTtherapyEpoxy  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I have resin - epodex. But you look in your country or region, do not forget that resins are different and you need to learn how to work with your own. Since different manufacturers, different proportions, temperature.

    I haven’t seen where you’ve answered any of these comments/questions….in the future, could you PLEASE list the type AND brand of resin you use?? None of your videos mention it….and if this is supposed to be a tutorial, then we HAVE to know these things! Thank you!!

      I use different resins for different needs. And in all the comments I say that you should not be attached to any brand or brand of resin, but understand the principle of its action. Since everyone lives in different countries, regions, temperature zones. And there is no universal answer. I live in Ukraine, I buy resin in Europe. Not the fact that in America or Canada or Australia there are these brands. My resin brands - Epodex. EpoxyWood. Crystal 3D Mass. Art Pro.

    How long do you wait before adding ink/stirring it?

    • @ARTtherapyEpoxy
      @ARTtherapyEpoxy  ปีที่แล้ว

      It all depends on the resin, I drip into mine after 2-3 hours. You need to experiment with your resin, drip after 1,2,3,4,5 hours, and choose the best result.
