This yarn is listed on Dollar Tree's website, but is currently unavailable to ship from the warehouse. If it does become available again, one would have to order a case of 48 (uneven assortment of the colors). You did get all 5 colors that are part of this set.
Danny the dapper bear. If I had made it, I'd put a pompom on the hat. But I like pompoms, so that's just a me thing. Such a cute and fluffy bear. I may have to keep an eye out for this yarn. Maybe make a cute spider out of it.
I have this same yarn, also in brown with the intent to do a bear. But it's been sitting, collecting dust. 😅 I'm fairly new to crochet. I tried chenille for the first time a few days ago and was unsuccessful, so I figured I'd fail with this plush yarn, too. Lol. 🙃 Your teddy came out adorable! Edit: Got to the end of the video. I was crocheting the hair for my very first doll!
It is definitely a learning curve. You’ll get there! I really didn’t start loving chenille and fur until the past couple years and I’ve been crocheting for ages.
Oh my goodness he is absolutely adorable, what an amazing job you did. I love him. He looks like a Jasper or Timothy ❤ I have Covid at the moment and your video definitely cheered me up ❤
I recently used fluffy yarn! I made a bag and the "wrong" side is the side out since its so fluffy and soft! I cant wait to use this yarn since i havent used it yet! My bag is made out of the fuzzy friends lion brand yarn (its discontinued along side the rest of the sesame street yarn(
Your bear is adorable! As I watched this video, I was weaving in the ends of a knit sweater for my son. I finished 3 sweaters in the past month (some had been started ages ago), so I’m feeling pretty good. Ready to swap the needles for a hook now though!
Your little bear is wonderful! Even though I failed miserably the two times I tried chenille yarns, I'm tempted to try again. If I were to make this, though, I would use the furry yarn for the body but regular chenille (or even acrylic) for the clothing. Thanks for another enjoyable video.
I don’t celebrate z Halloween but I put up the fall colors, pumpkins, straw etc until Thanksgiving then after Thanksgiving we decorate for Christmas. I love Christmas so much I left the tree up and decorated it for Easter one year!
I’m working on a cat ear beanie! Double stranded worsted yarn so I can use up my huge stash. 😂 I have also made a bear (I only found Pooh colors at my local DT) with this yarn! Except I paired it with a regular worsted yarn so I could see the stitches.. But next time I’ll use a thinner yarn to pair it so it isn’t as noticeable. Fantastic video to crochet to! ❤❤❤
I made a cat out of that. It was impossible to work with, because I could not see the stitches. I matched the color with regular yarn and doubled it up. That worked well.
I’m working on a graduation gift. I gift the seniors in my band and choirs an Afghan at our last concert in the spring. I don’t do amigurumi but I love your reviews!
I had to work the evening of Halloween. I have dressed up at work in the past but didn't this year, just made sure my Halloween socks could be seen. My husband got to take the kids trick or treating. I'm practicing new stitches with a washcloth made with dollar tree cotton.
i spoiled myself to the answer of where you’re from but my guess was going to be somewhere in the southwest, maybe new mexico or the west side of texas. i’m an arizona girlie so i kinda recognized your accent/bit of a lack of accent as being from this area so i was kinda correct lol also i was still working on my wool ease aire scarf but i switched to a plush bunny i’m making for a memory care facility as part of a collection of items i’m giving them!
I didn’t think to compare it to that but I like this one better. It’s isn’t as thick but I like the texture better. Little bunny feels more like a shag rug and this feels more like a fluffy stuffed toy should imo. And little bunny snapped on me while working on it.
He looks like a “McFurson the Bear” to me 😂 Very cute. I hope to find this yarn, our dollar tree stores tend to not get the plush or fur yarn, they did get the worsted premier big skeins.
McFurson is adorable! You really just have to get lucky. We have multiple dollar trees in my area and some have lots while some have none. It’s so strange
Should make your other daughter a teddy bear but with the colors different than in different rows than what that one is if it was red you should make it blue if it was the gold then you should make it a different color just so that the girls both can have one make the scarf for the next bear red and the hat gold That's what you should do with the rest of your yarn Love your videos
I love how the bear turned out!! Hes so adorable!! Makes me wish and hope they have this yarn in a gray to make an elephant cause I wanna make a cuddley little elephant with a scarf!! I always assume you are in Illinois or in a state by the Great Lakes. I also couldn't help but snicker at "Premier is one of those companies where they always say they are a size bigger than they actually are" cause I have a dirty mind and the quote out of context is too funny to me.
A lot of people think Midwest! I’m actually from Southern Oklahoma! Omg I thought that as I was editing and giggled. I wasn’t sure if I should point it out but it was quite funny.
@Tfwcrochet Its the lack of accent that makes me think midwest but Oklahoma checks out as you mentioned heat in the fall. It was such a good bit and im glad I got a snicker out of it while at work.
My guess as to where you live, well, as a NorCal girl myself, you don't seem to have an identifiable accent, so west coast. Maybe another Cali girl. That guess is also based on the wind your area is experiencing and the trees outside, but I might be dead wrong, LOL. I also can't say the word 'Outside' my little dogs would go nuts. 🐿🐿🥜🥜I found you because of Shannon, I haven't made many Amigurumi. Just a few pieces, a football two football seasons ago, x4 Baby Yodas, back when their was no Merch for the Mandalorian. I made one for myself, and... then a few people wanted one too. 🙄 Loved your video!
@Tfwcrochet Every state has its ups and downs, Our autumn has another name, it's called fire season. I had to be evacuated once already this season, fortunately my apartment wasn't harmed and I was able to return home. You're from the Midwest, so tornadoes 🌪 instead of Earthquakes. 😉 🧶🪡🧵
Premier has 5weight called little bunny. I also bought all colors when I first saw it in the store. It was my first time using it. You can’t see the stitches and it’s hard to feel it too because it’s a bit thin. If you want to try furry yarn the little bunny is better than this. It’s softer and thicker too.
Midwest seems to be a popular answer. I’m from Oklahoma actually. I consider us southern but there’s debates about what part of the country to officially call us
On Halloween, I made a costume for my 19 year old son, who told me at noon that day that he needed a Woody costume for his girlfriend’s sorority party. 🤦🏻♀️ I then called my dad and thanked him for all the times he stayed up late with me helping me with all the things I always waited til the last minute to do. lol I have no idea why I’ve thought this, but for some reason I’ve always thought you were from the Midwest. I don’t really hear an accent, though, so I’m not sure why I’ve been thinking that. lol Your little bear is so sweet! Your girls will have to have joint custody. 😉
That’s so funny. I waited til the last second to do a DIY element on my older daughters costume and we ended up having to scrap it. But it was my fault not hers lol. Not Midwest but maybe Midwest adjacent? There’s debate over what section of the country it actually qualifies as but I’m from Oklahoma!
I’m from another O state: Oklahoma! That’s Lily! She’s my ever present side kick. I think she’s been in all my videos at this point. And yes she’s sweet and a bit sassy. 😆

Thank you so much Shannon. This was such a fun idea!
@@TfwcrochetI loved it! ❤
A little yellow pompom on the hat would be perfect! I love him!
That would be so cute 😍

What an adorable teddy bear!
Wowwwwe that's such an adorable bear 🐻 ❤
i'd love to see a christmas themed bear o: seems like the red, yellow, and white would look good
Great idea!

Currently working on a knit bottom up cowl vest in wool ease thick and quick in the color Kale on 15mm needles :3

They didn’t but they’re still fighting over him 😅
Can you create a Shetland Sheepdog? This could be cute in a sable, white and blk sheltie.
Awh I used to have a sheltie as a kid. If I had black fluffy yarn that would be so cute
