I think the point of this path is to buy Octarine for near 100% blur uptime and to spam out your major burst ability more- probably pair it with Eblade Dagon on top of spellcrit to further enhance the burst. Cuz that really is what it is, its a burst build. You run in, dump your load, then kite until its back up and repeat.

Lifesteal. Would be so helpful early. You lost so many early fights by a couple hundred hp. Spell lifesteal for the dagger could’ve made all the difference in those early fights. Paladins sword would e done much better than dandelion amulet I think. Just my thoughts.
this just feels really phoned-in, considering it's an int path with all the generic spell damage-based talents, on a hero that does a whopping 0 spell damage naturally and ends up with a single spell damage nuke on an 11s cooldown with the aid of talents it _really_ feels like the daggers should be converted into spell damage ( with the ability to spell crit off of coup's crit, or just turning coup into a spell crit via a talent ) or it should lean into the attack damage int build concept entirely and replace the generic talents with stuff like raw ad and % base damage, and make the spell lifesteal instead just give lifesteal or maybe even both, paladin's sword-style. fan of knives is a fine ability, but it could easily be converted from spell damage scaling with int to attack damage scaling with base damage. and it's _probably_ not the ability that needs the cooldown reduction, at least that early; considering this build ends up leaning _heavily_ on raw damage output, surviving for 11 seconds after you've jumped in to hit your target is a pretty optimistic idea, so its primary purposes seem like they're just farming and as the final bit of damage to finish a kill. meanwhile, not having to wait a whopping 8 seconds ( why ) between each dagger seems like it would be a _significantly_ more useful place for cdr also, the capstone seems like a workhorse talent the build would be based around instead of the final power spike towards the end of the game. pa just ain't spammy enough to get full use out of it, yet she also doesn't really have anything going on without it. i could understand it being the capstone if the previous talent put a lot of focus on buffing up the damage of each dagger ... but they don't. so you just get the spam you'd hope you'd get out of any dagger-based build, only they have less range and you can't control where they go and your two main triggers that aren't dagger itself either put you on top of your target or requires you to be close or waste a big nuke that is the only other incentive for going int. and it's all a whole lot of work for less than what other heroes can do by pressing a single button if anything, it feels like this might be a good place for something like league's spellblade items, where casting an ability empowers your next attack. this has an obvious synergy with dagger, gives more of an incentive to be close up with phantom strike and fan of knives, and could be the build's early and primary source of spell damage that doesn't start out on an 15 second cooldown. could replace coup, since coup has zero synergy with a spell damage-focused pa and they'd both serve the same purpose of being the big burst you're throwing daggers for anyway. plus it enables an attacking build that doesn't particularly benefit from attack speed, which is what this build _seems_ like it's going for anyway. swap the multishot dagger talent with something like dagger splash so you don't exacerbate the khanda issue further, and that should be a path that actually has an idea of what it's trying to do
its actually a nerf not a buff.. PA's fan of knives damage gone from pure to physical with only 50% damage scaling diff... also do lifesteal its basically a glorified attacker build. and dont build spell crit since you cant rely on fan of knives anymore for damage
