I think getting reaper scythe stacks is very essential to this build, each stack adds so much health regen and in turn increases the damage of heartstopper aura
Vessel is a good item early on but later if people know they can just dispell it, it’s easy to counter it Omni instant eul your vessel then he could use his spell for the second vessel and heal freely
not only that but as we saw omniknight can spelllifesteal on his dps unlike what necrophos have... if heartstopper can spelllifesteal the outcome will be different

Classic baumi, noticing the uber strong strat of just spirit vesseling himself to turn it into mad damage and then proceeding to never use it again for the rest of the match. When you have the highest max health, spirit vessel healing on you is stronger than damage on any target- and for strength necro it does both at once. A single cast of spirit vessel heals necro for more than the entire health bar on either of his opponents, meaning with heartstopper toggled that damage alone is lethal.
spirit vessel healing gets dispelled if you take damage. i know ya'll like being petty about my play, but that's just like how the item works in normal dota.

@baumi The int Omniknight build got changed so is alot better than when you played it! It no longer wants both max mana and mana regen

+30 aura damage does not mean +30 dmg/s, look at how quick the damage ticks.
Just keep heart stopper aura at level 1?
Leveling it is just reducing your own regen by 0.3 percent.
Why refesher and not BKB?
Baumi's said in videos before he tries to avoid BKB, even if it gets him into situations like this.
