    I wouldn’t cut the fat thattt much. I think when cooking it all together it helps the flavoring so much !!

    Wasted way to much meat when you were trimming. Just buy a thick cut of Chuck roast and cut strips, that's what butchers do. There is No such thing as 'Boneless short ribs'!

      Hi Tony, thanks for your comments, but you are wrong there is a cut called boneless short ribs, I use them all the time. Next time you are at your butchers ask for them, super easy to make. Which part of the world are you from?
