Thank you , this is super helpful. Definitely would appreciate a 2nd video where you can expand on your ideas. Esp. how you incorporate automatic drawing with hatching. Or maybe that would be a 3rd video? 🙂. Just super helpful to hear your thought processes and to see the rendering you can achieve with it. gracias!
Awesome tutorial! I thought you explained your technique really well and seeing the wireframes drawn out really helped everything make sense. If you have any more tips that could be a video, I’d love to see it, whether it be hatching tips or just drawing in general. Embrace the jank! 🖖
Great video. Thank you. Couple. Quick questions: could you please link to the lead and hardness you use for the pencil? And how do you keep that thing sharpened? Thanks again. Great stuff.
They're Staedtler HB 2mm leads, and the sharpeners for them are called "lead pointers" I have the Staedtler brand version. Pro tip though, don't use it for colored leads otherwise it gets gummed up and has a tendency to break the points off 😂
More please....
And yes please do more instructional videos along this line.
Definitely man, keep 'em coming!
Now I see what you meant when you talked about a wireframe in other videos. Very interesting. I'm going to try this! Thanks!
Thank you so much for showing and explaining this to us.
No problemo! 😁
Thank you.
I like your hatching method. I'll look forward to continuing.
Just what I need, (Un bon tutoriel inspirant) thank you from France
Good advice. Love that style. I have to say that I'm more chaotic in my approach, but I sometimes try to keep hatch lines in order. 😅
Very helpful video. The wireframe reference is a terrific way to map out the contours. Thanks for sharing this.
Really glad you posted this, love your style! Great insight into your hatching style thanks
Thank you!
Thanks this is great!!
AMAZING, will be doing this for hours tonight,

Thanks for the prompt reply. Love your videos.@@theartoframshackle
Amazing video thank you! One question: When do you decide to do verticale hatches, vs horizontal hatches?
Thanks! I was hatching perpendicular to the wire frame lines on this!
I like mushrooms 🍄
