Elizabeth is a masterpiece. And I never get tired of this live version. Roy Khan is on a completely different level! Sadly, he's not been with Kamelot for quite some years, but they do have another pretty good vocalist. As for the lyrics here, they're inspired by the accusations against Elizabeth Bathory(16th century Hungarian countess) and the later stories and myths that came from that.
Roy Khan himself put his old, small prog band Conception back together in 2018 however. Got one of theirs coming up soon, a "remake"/rerecording(with some changes) of one of their old songs from the 90s.

Also, "March of the Manifesto" is a hilarious misremembering of the song "March of Mephisto". Sounds like a song from a band singing about communism. xD
