I applaud Sigma for coming up with interesting lens choices like this.

I'd still go for the TAMROM 35-150MM 2-2.8

"It's not small". In comparison to what? It's the only one in existence! The 24-105 Canon is 5 cm longer and half a kilo heavier (and double priced). Physics cannot be bent when you want all these focal lengths in one lens AND want a steady f/2.8 AND what top optical and mechanical quality. In-lens image stabilization is a relic from the days of SLRs, just adding weight and complexity to each lens you curry while almost every camera body sold has internal image stabilization...of over 5 stops. If that is not enough for you... carry a tripod and stop drinking coffee.

We cover all your points in the video 😉 Not sure what the coffee comment relates to, but if you're offering then Olivia will take a caramel latte!

I beleive in prime lenses. But keeping a zoom lense side by side not a bad idea. Sony dont have 85 1.2 and thats why i am in canon. The rf 24 105 f4 is great but i keep rf 85mm 1.2 and 50 mm 1.2 side by side. Although if canon had this open mount option and 3 rd party lense makers made life easy , it would be awesome.

Too heavy for me so I returned it. I also wasn't crazy about the image quality

    I thought my 35-150mm f2-2.8 was huge...
