Holiday Special: Copter Collection: Introduction, algorithms and comparison

- So by popular demand, here I introduce the Curvy Copter Extreme, the MF8 Twins skewb and compare them to the Skewby Copter. Where did they come from, how are they different and similar, and which one should you buy? After a brief "copter" history and introduction, we're going to start with the Curvy Copter Extreme by introducing some new strategies and algorithms to help solve this, and to finish the scramble.

There are also 2 ADDITIONAL different curvy copter puzzles! There's the Helenor Octavia (which has 2x2x2 moves) and the Deidamia (which has skewb moves). I am still trying to determine how this last one is different from the existing skewb/curvy copter hybrids.
What about the Curvy Copter 3? I never see it mentioned with the other Copter Cubes
Its a normal curvy copter with rex cube features. I think he also goes over this cube in some other video.
I have both the Skewby Copter Plus and the Curvy Copter Extreme. I've solved both and found the level of challenge to be fairly similar. Thus far I haven't gotten any parities on the Curvy Copter Extreme. I would actually call it a Clover Cube Extreme, since it's a hybrid between a Skewb and a shallow-cut Clover Cube (the Qiyi one).
I love puzzles with crazy cuts for multiple layers of jumbling. Digging the skewby copter thanks for introducing me to it! I've also just discovered Tony Pitcher's Andromeda Cube, you should really give that one a try and do a solve video. It sounds like the unbandaged one was an attempt to solve some original issues, but you can always do both of them!
I was able to solve my curvy copter extreme but it took a long time. Getting it back into cubeshape was a fun but hard process. Cant wait to see how you approach it, and merry christmas to you!

One day people will design a cube that combines every existent cube class with full freedom of moves without any blocking and then they will add to it extra layers everywhere and also turn it to a dodecahedron. It will be glorious.

I spent the night modifying some pieces and am pleasantly surprised with how the puzzle turns now!
