Nice to see it’s not just me get that o wow . everyone I switch bikes I have a 2015 Daytona for local roads and track and super duke for longer road trips , you couldn’t get much different bikes . Tried the duke on track once seems odd almost short shifting compared to a high rev Daytona . 675 my all time favourite engine .
yo, i wanted to ask since i just bought a daytona 2010 se, what upgrades are the best in your opinions that are worth bang for buck? Thanks in advanced!
Might make a vid on this soon: Spend money on making sure it’s mechanically sound before worrying about “upgrades”. Have someone set up your suspension correctly. Check valve clearances if needed, check/replace fluids, brake fluid, pads, tires if needed, etc. But I always do “crash protection” first, always saves a bit of headache later. Engine covers, sliders, etc. Tank grips are a game changer on any sportbike, and of course an exhaust, air filter, tune will really wake it up.
Dude I’ve wanted a Super Duke since like 2006 when it was the 990. I finally bought a new 1290 last year and it is the stupidest bike I’ve ever ridden lmao. I wouldn’t trade it for anything.
@BlueDevil675 I can tell cause you didn't have a wheelie issue at all them bikes are insane with the numbers they put down from the factory for just 2 cylinders
