From the jetski…maybe some groupers, some trolling for: dorado, sailfish, wahoo, etc. Red Snapper….whole fried snapper. If its too big just break it down into chunks that are well seasoned, pass it thru a flour bath and into the fryer.

How do you anchor your jetski. I live in Jacksonville and our bottoms are hard mud. I have tried 12lbs mushroom anchor, Cooper anchor and the anchor that comes with the Jetski.

Anything except red snapper! I too love to catch red snapper but in my opinoin, they are the most over rated fish in the ocean as far as table fare. The mangrove snapper is the best eating and full of fight too! Good action...

Most of the time when you got that many red snapper you Chances to catch Something else are slim.
