really nice job. all clean and yes kenblk was a great digitiser, gone to JD now,so not as intense as he was,i was watching the overall plan of stitching and you had a few stops on the puff, maybe if you add a Run stitch between the laydown and then run on the 3D it will stop a lot of stops and trims, but as usual,a great informative video, many thanks for your time in showing us all,Kenblk the 2nd i think.lol.
Thank you for watching and your time 🙏. And yea definitely see what you mean. Ha I’m far from those two pros but here we are aiming to get better every time!
Try using a 1 or 2 rubber bands around the cap to hold the puff in place. PS: I had the same issue with wide stitches on a Brother PR670e which I think were 12 mm wide, how many millimetres wide are the letters in your LA design? Your finished design looks good, Thanks from the UK
Once again learned my machine( Ricoma MT1501) I found the OTTO hats to be easy to use. I don’t do hats much but I need to- easy money maker. Thanks for the review

Right!? They look and feel nice without giving issues, thanks!
Great job, from what I’ve seen, .015-.018 is a good density on puff. Keep up the content.
Yea I still mess around with that number but seems about right!
Are you still going to do the tajima Melco detailed comparison?
Right on, getting there. I like density set at .15 for puff. Came out nice tho
