*COUNTIF*
It counts the no. Of cells for a given range fulfilling the single criteria.
=Countif(range, criteria)
*COUNTIFS*
It counts the no. Of cells for a given range fulfilling the multiple criterias.
=COUNTIFS(range1, criteria1,range2,Criteria2,.......)
