2019 MAIN SEQUENCE FORMULA KLAISE LAYA ?

This can be achieved by this formula also:
=IF(B2="","",SUBTOTAL(3,$B$2:B2))
I have been using it for so many years. This formula serves two purposes:
1. If you delete data starting from B2, the serial number will also be deleted, and the subsequent cells will maintain the serial number sequence. For example, if we delete data from B3, the serial number in A3 will be deleted, and the serial number in A4 will start from 2.
2. If you filter your data, the serial numbers will follow the sequence based on the filtered data. For instance, if you have more data and Delhi is mentioned five times. When you filter your data by Delhi, the serial numbers will range from 1 to 5. This eliminates the need to correct the serial numbers after filtering.

Sir mere pass ek excel sheet hai jisme students ka data hai jisme student name, father name, mother name or mobile num hai. Isme bahut se siblings hai. Sibling ke father name, mother name or mobile num same hone. Ham un siblings ki ko kaise separate kar sakte hai ki ek ke niche dusre ka name aa jaye. Matlab ki sabhi siblings sath sath aaye.
I think mobile number will be the unique field simply sort the data by mobile no.
I think you should repeat the formula twice so we can understand better and get chance to write in our notebook
