I quit rescuing quilts bc i had to many...i donated some to a singles moms group being helped thru my church, and sold a few to a friend who resells them... just decided to give that collection up.
@@eithelsimpson9695 That is understandable Eithel. They definitely take up a lot of space and so it’s important to find a home for them quickly. I sure do love them.
What really beautiful baby quilts/crochet treasures you found...im glad you were able to find and were able to bring home great video..looking forward to more and your previous videos..🫶
These are really beautiful and special. The one at 5:50 is my favorite I think. Great job rescuing them! Wait, I think I like the one with planets and stars near the end the best! I heck, I love them all. Love all the colors on the crochet blankets too. Somebody was good with colors!
Thank you Paula, I found some quilt tops at the thrift store and I’m in the process of finishing them too. There can be such treasures at the thrift store!
Your haul is so amazing. Honestly so much love, effort and money was put into it. Its great to see how you appreciate them. Just wondering what you'll use them for. Please snare.😊
Quilt shop owners live to find old quilts and display them in their shops. Other quilters collect them and old singer featherweights. Watch for the machines at estate sales❤❤
Thank you Etta for leading me to a new charity I haven’t heard of. I checked the website and unfortunately these sizes done meet their criteria. But I am glad to know for the future ❤
I am not selling these Linda, I am keeping them to give as baby gifts to friends and family. The charity shop sold these as a way to make money for their charity to new mothers.
Very nice thrift store finds. I wish I could find those. The recipients will love them.
@@aprilbaxter2578 Thanks April, I just sent off my first one to my niece.

That makes sense Jennifer! I’ve heard about the Singer machines being collectible. I have a vintage Bernina and I love it.
Quilt guilds will quilt to donate to charities.
I need to learn more about quilt guilds Gina, they sound like a great organization.
Beautiful ehat size are those?
@@sandystevens7046 Thanks Sandy. They are about 39 x 42 I believe.
We do donate new quilts to charity, Ronald McDonald house, and kids in foster care, etc ...
That is an act of love 💕
