New Fiido D11 Electric bike - Motor Wheel Replacement

After my last video on youtube, showing how my Fiido D11 have an issue with the motor. I put in contact with Fiido Support to show my problem. I am really impressed of how fast was their attention and with the shipping.
Shipping took a week only. So fast.
Just need to mention two things:
- The bicicle was badly mounted in the factory. The motor cable have a guide outside the bike frame and mine was passed with the brake cable inside the frame. This causes that one of the cables was ripped.
- Please, if you send replacements that requires especial tools, send it with this tools.

The D11 motor has problems due to water getting inside the XiongDa motor. Water runs down the cable and will enter due to small gaps where the cable goes in the motor. To solve this problem put plenty of silicone around and into any gaps. To remove any water remove the wheel and the brake disc. Water will drain from disc holes. Dry motor with hair dryer and then spray WD 40 into screw holes. This method worked to free my stuck motor and it now runs well! (you can also turn the wheel spindle so that the wire is lower down and reduces water run off!)

Fiido just sent us a replacement motor from China and all they sent was a motor? Did they suppose to send a new bike rim with the motor and spokes already attached? It looks like that's what you got? What they sent us looks like it's going to be a small fortune to replace just the motor?

Will Fiido pay to have the motor put on if the bike is still under warranty? Also, if they don't how much will a bike shop charge to get the motor put on? I'm having the same issue where my Fiido bike turns off randomly.

The motor hub is very difficult to open and the sparepart is rare

buenas tardes Rubén y seguidores, tengo una Fiido D11 y hace unos días que me sale el error e003 y e006 , la bici acelera a tope y de repente empieza a darme unos 3-4 pitidos se frena y da el error, al rato otra vez los pitidos y se vuelve a parar......esto quiere decir que el motor ha roto o será otro el problema?, conoces algún taller por Asturias con servicio técnico Fiido?, gracias de antemano,

Hola ! Yo me quiero comprar una para usarlo en Nueva York haciendo Uber eats. Pero el problema es la batería es súper pequeña! Tu sabes algún hack de como añadir una de 48v 17ah? Ahora tengo la duda si comprarme la X o la D21 ? Pienso que la D21 es mejor por qué tiene el cable por fuera para conectar la batería eso me daría más liberta para poner una batería pequeña pero de 48v 17ah. Que consejos me podrías dar?

A mi me llega la bici está semana, quería comentarte una cosa: he oído comentarios de que podría ponerse un conector estanco en el cable que va desde el motor a la controladora para evitar todo ese trabajo a la hora de quitar la rueda trasera, sería posible?
