Another excellent job! I'm going to swap the rear tire for some Schwalbe 2.15" tires, and change the freewheel (11-30 DNP) at the same time.

Nice! Yes. In my newest tyre change I also went for the schwalbe 2.15”.
If I could buy the 11-30T freewheel easily I would have made the upgrade. Unfortunately it’s really hard to get those where I’m from.

@@HomeLeHat I ended up having to go with an 11t-28t,... Maybe you can get the freewheel of of ebay? And I hate that there's no way to unlock the speed past 24kph/15mph. Still, it's not too bad for what I paid for it. I will say that it's ridiculous how difficult it is to install the rear mudguard. Took me awhile, until I pulled the cable out a little and removed the rear wheel. Then it was OK.
Oh, yeah, one last thing. I swapped the break cables so the rear break is controlled by the right break lever. I live in the USA, so our bicycles are like this. I still need to get some fat tires. I could EASILY do 2.5" tires WITH THE MUDGUARDS. This bike has tons of room. And it needs folding pedals too.

Yes same. That controller panel has the worst screws. Also Europe the brakes are swapped around. Haven’t given it much thought, but an easy fix indeed to just swap it around. Thanks for the tip!

I take it any 20x2.00 wheels will fit easier? Im looking at Big Apple tyres.

Yes probably. 2.00 is smaller then what I have mounted

My new d11 comes to immediate stop within 3-4 secs after pedal assist is turned off. Is this normally expected from this bike? I feel there is hugh unnecessary drag on the wheel and due to which the wheel is not spinning freely.

The rear wheel does have an unnecessary drag. But a full stop after 3-4 seconds, while biking, doesn’t seem normal. Maybe your rear break is to tight?

@@HomeLeHat hey! Many thanks for your reply. Yeah I checked the rear brake and it seems fine, no obstruction from it. I went for the first trip and the bike couldn't beyond 21 kmph as shown in the bike speedometer. Not sure exactly what is the problem :/

Mine is exactly the same. It will not glide along at all... Even going down a steep hill..
