Thank you so much for hosting these videos! 💛✨ I haven’t heard the term “protection spirit”, but have referred to mine as a Guardian Angel (when I was younger) & now see him as a Spirit Guide. Same thing different names I guess. 😊 I see Ancestor Communication/Work as multipurpose too. Mostly, I look for guidance in difficult situations. I keep a candy dish that belonged to my husband’s grandmother on our Ancestor Altar and put different kinds of sweets in it as an offering. When I switch candies out, we “share” them so there is no waste. 😅 I know when my dad is around - he was a smoker of tobacco & cannabis. If I get a whiff of a Black & Mild or MaryJane for no good reason, I know he’s with me. 😊
Thank you. For me personally my protectors/gatekeepers as they can also be referred to is different than my Guides and angels but you do what works for you in your practice. I love that you have a candy dish out that you add sweets in as offerings. I have necklaces from my one grandmother that hang by my bedside as an ode to her.

This is such a great series, Ive been working to communicate clearer with the ancestors. I have several that come in often, and sometimes I can't hear what they're saying. Thank you for all the suggestions. I'm looking forward to learning more❤
Such a great video! Thanks for an in depth explanation of how you approach your practice, plus useful tips for newcomers. I also think it will be useful for practitioners to revisit the suggestions you provide... and oh, you mean we can use those gazillion decks?! 🍁🕯🕸🌙
It's such a fun thing to be in this community where I feel seen 🤭 I use a lot of similar methods as you but because I don't know anyone in my real life who is interested in doing, let alone talking about, spirit communication I feel like i have to keep it to myself. I definitely need to be better about setting boundaries and remembering to close the "door" at the end. I know at least once I unknowingly let something in my house that didn't belong. The result was immediate and short lived as I cleansed and removed the spirit 😂 oopsie Anyway thanks for sharing and making this practice something we can talk openly about (even if its just here on TH-cam)!
Even I have mistakenly let some spirits linger lol but cleansed like you mentioned to remove it. I love chatting about speaking with spirits with others that don't give the side eye to the whole practice 😆 so feel free to chat away here lol
That was really interesting thank you 😊 I tend to just have a general catch up with my ancestors telling them about my week and asking for a weekly oracle guidance card. When you have ended your ancestral sessions do you close all the doors in the hallway to your chakras? As I really like the sound of this and might try it 😊
