Thanks for showing The Flagler Beach Pier. Had an opportunity to live there a few years while being a nurse in Daytona Beach. Great little surf town with a nice Winery. Be sure to visit St Augustine on your way home.
@@MathersOnTheMap I recommend gulf coast also. There are some amazing beaches, Sarasota Siesta Beach is listed #1 in all US. My last bike tour ended in Sarasota, beautiful.
Jekyll island has some amazing history with all the old mansions and the Architecture. A1A is a beautiful drive. Boat parades are a lot of fun. This is one of your best videos. Always a thumbs up 👍🏽
Where did you guys get your little plant holders on the side of your cabinetry? They're great. In the final stages of our van build and the fun decorating part :)
Wow, I loved the drone shots at Juno Beach!! Awesome! Thanks for another great video -- but you may have to go back. I was on vacation in Florida, in December 2017 ( first trip anywhere in my adult life in years), and had the opportunity to go to NASA - you need easily 6 - 8 hours, there's so much to see and you won't have a chance to get bored with any of it. Sadly my traveling mates are kinda different -- we never ONCE got to a beach the whole time. How's that for NUTS - coming from 'Rain -couver' as we call it here. Hope to someday get back to Florida and check out / enjoy the beaches and charming parks and towns.
More drone shots to come Adrian in the next episode! I know looking back it we definitely did not have enough time and it was too pricey for the little time we had. Crazy you didn’t get on the beach there, it’s beautiful and yes you’ll have to go back!
I grew up in Orange County, California in Surf City, Huntington Beach, Costa Mesa, Newport Beach and south to Laguna along PCH. My dream is to do the drive your doing from the North then South down to the Keys. Taxes in California are murder which makes Florida REALLY ATTRACTIVE.
We used to live in HB Teresa! But we couldn’t afford a house there so we moved back to Jersey! The east coast is beautiful, way different from the west but still amazing! Hope you get to do it soon!
Another great video! That yellow thing is a VB-10000, the largest lift vessel ever built in the US. They can pull entire capsized cargo ships out of the water. Very cool sighting! en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/VB-10,000_(ship)
Hey Taylor🚐Kevin, tell you what, one of the coolest videos I’ve seen so far 😍, love it 👍🏻. Kevin, hopefully your right eye’s back to its normal state 🙂👍🏻. Funny moment when Taylor had to “remake” the bed 😂
I noticed a Xmas tree 🌲 when did you first head south to Florida and from where did you start? I’m looking to do the same trip from Toronto, Canada first week of February. Curious about the road conditions and where you stopped to rest and or slept for the night. Would appreciate any suggestions. TIA!
Hello. Thanks for the video! When you were on the A1A and stayed by Jupiter Beach, the night before going to the campground, was that just free parking along the highway? Thank you!
Florida is particularly hard to find spots and talking about great locations during the videos would be great. Will check out your blog. Did any of the campgrounds ask for an RVIA sticker? I ran into a campground last week which required an RVIA sticker in Florida.
Hello everyone! , just wondering if someone can help me out. I’m thinking about doing a road trip down to Florida from Canada looking to go near Sarasota and St Petersburg area planing on going in January. I’m going to sleep in my van for majority of the trip , anyone know if it gets really cold at night where you can’t sleep in the car? I heard January in Florida night time temperatures go down to 10-13 !
I was in St Augustine in 2020 and it got down in the 30's. Took me by surprise I did not bring a sleeping bag. It woke me up and I have to turn on my van to get heat and go back to sleep.
@@jerseygirl1871 Damn looks like I’m going to have to get a sleep bag then. Although it must be a different cold I’m from Canada so cold here is different. Might just skip that area and move over to like Naples but that’s where the storm hit the most i believe. Did you find it relatively safe to sleep in the car?
I didn't find a spot on the water so I stayed at a truck stop near st Augustine. I have stayed at the castaway in Jenson beach a few times and loved it.
Such a fun video! I live in a coastal town between Coca Beach and Jupiter along the Treasure Coast area of FL.
I Love that Taylor decorated the van for Xmas, I'd totally do that! 🎄
Fun in the sun! 🌝
Flor.I.Da!
Luuuuv the houses. I could site see those all day, every day.
Enjoying the journey, guys!
😎✌️🤙🤘😎
Right they’re insane! Thanks Diane!!!!
Great video guys. The Florida east coast is beautiful!
Thank you Yula and we could t agree more!
Great video!
A million little things is sooo good!!
Haha Taylor loves it

Absolutely! And I wish! We need to go back to Florida for St Augustine!
I live just north of St Augustine. It's a slice of heaven. @MathersOnTheMap
Enjoy Florida guys, hope Kevin’s eye better by now
Thank you! Yes it is idk what it was?
Nice flow, great
filming🌻💥🙋♀️🙏
A1A is beautiful. I rode my bike from Key West to Jacksonville by A1A through Jupiter. Loved it. Thanks for sharing, following your adventures now. 🙂

Hey! We got them off amazon!
Next time you are on the East coast of Florida you should check out ST. Augustine. Great food and downtown area.
We wanted to Bill but it was too cold when we were there
Understood. Maybe next time
How does Taylor's hair always look so good?
haha good question Dave!
I saw you guys at Jonathan Dickinson State Park. Didn’t realize it was you guys until you drove off. Awesome van. Good luck with your adventures!

Taylor looked very happy in the video. Kevin, I liked the George Clooney look before you cut it short. Great video.
Haha thanks Dirk, If you mention WaWa to taylor you’ll get an instant smile!
Lucky Kevin, it seems there are now at least two Dirk's with a lil' crush on Kevin ;-)

Agh got it! Thanks for the info I was so curious!
I like what she said about that house!
Just curious what apps you use to find the camping sites
IOverlander and google maps primarily!

Hello. Thanks for the video! When you were on the A1A and stayed by Jupiter Beach, the night before going to the campground, was that just free parking along the highway? Thank you!
Yes it was! We have a map of every place we stayed at in the van on our website, free and paid spots!
@@MathersOnTheMap o great! Thank you so much 💓
More info on the Jupiter camping and boondocking options would be great.
Hey Jill what exactly are you looking for? I created a map of every spot we slept at if your interested it’s on our blog!

I have been on the Coco beach pier!
Cocoa Beach was sweet! The pier looked cool!
Nascar watcher/driver.
Same thing.
Hahaha right!
Where do you guys find places to stay over night?
I live on an island north of St Augustine. I wouldn't trade it for the world
That yellow thing is cleaning up a shipwreck
Thank you!!!! Haha I never saw anything like it
@23:50 again wifey lottery. If you didn’t put a ring on it already!!!!
Haha she’s got the rings!
Those are live oaks
Where are you parked that’s where you go near the coast?
skipped the space center?!? Noooooo. Should have used some of that donut money. You could have visited 2-3 times lol
Where in New Jersey
It is illegal to camp overnight along Jupiter Beach FL ... you will get the KNOCK and/or citation. Florida is cracking down!
Dang really? We asked a cop directly and he said it was fine, but that was back in 2020
People abused the parking privileges
@@barefootbarbie that’s a shame

its not uncommon for N FL to get below 30 degrees
Brrrrr 🥶🥶🥶
Lol ,don't be so cheap $8. When going on to jekyll island.
Haha I’m not used to it, in Jersey they charge for beach tags, not to enter the island
I know it will put a dent in your doughnut funs but turn around and go back to the Kennedy space Center. It’s worth every penny
Aghh I know we just had limited time and didn’t know enough about it to shell out the money for it!
Wondering why she has no seatbelt on?
