"We all know she is guilty" isn't "proof beyond a reasonable doubt" required for a criminal conviction. The Feds are investigating her. It will take a while.
The FBI has been investigating her for quite some time now.
But based on what I've been seeing from the US DOJ over the last several years, they're probably investigating her to find out which prominent people that she has dirt on.

@user-lk3gu6ik7d I still don't understand what happened with their recall election. She was recalled but the votes could be counted but not certified? Like what the heck is going on? And why can't they just fix whatever technicality that invalidated the previous recall and do it again the right way? I've yet to hear anyone address this.

The people did not vote her into that seat she was erroneously placed into that seat. She needs to go for the sake of good governance. She is an ignorant tyrant that should never hold the seat of public office.

Dolton is over 90% blacks. Henyard defeated the incumbent mayor in a four-way primary with black males for the Democratic nomination. Then 82% of the votes against an independent. To say she was voted for primarily being a black female without any proof is rather lazy.
Wait… you’re not saying DEI hiring practices don’t give you the best most qualified candidates are you? What else is important to look at besides sex, gender, identity, or victim status?

There is also the possibility they had a long, long, long since passed ancestor that was mistreated by someone who is also long, long, long since passed as well. Whatever wrongs that person suffered, get passed on to the current generation to use as social currency however they see fit. Thornton Township has more than 160,000 people and is the second biggest township in Illinois. The problem with a potential prosecution of Henyard is the calendar. If she isn’t charged by the end of June, she probably won’t be charged until after Election Day. The U.S. DOJ has policies that prioritize not initiating prosecutions just before elections that may impact the electoral process.

She is a professional crook. A modern day little gangsta, gaming the system in stealing taxpayer dollars for her own benefit. Tiffany Aiesha Henyard was appointed the Thornton Township Supervisor because the former Thornton Township Supervisor unexpectedly passed away in January 2022.
When you don't know what you're talking about, you should keep quiet. The voters had no say; she was appointed by the board after the death of previous Mayor.

I don't understand why the Mayor of Dalton / Thorton Supervisor needs a security detail at all, much less as many as she has. When you see her it is always in a crowd of guards. I could see a three or so person security detail for a politician in a visable and prominent position, but most of us never heard of Dalton before this. It's not like she is the Mayor of New York or Los Angeles.
Our Presdent needs a substantial security detail. She does not. The only people she needs protection from the FBI and the DOJ.
