No. It's just down temporarily for you. Try to refresh the source later. It's one of the main repos. If you delete it, several tweaks that have dependent from Zodtt will not work

I downloaded Jailbreak for iOS 9.3.5 on an iPhone 4S. I ended up factory resetting it and I forgot to uninstall Cydia. Cydia won't let me search any tweaks and I can't download any either. Stick with older jailbreak.new jailbreak is unstable and also semi-untethered(which means you need to rejailbreak every time after battery dies).older jailbreak has many working tweaks than new..i would personally stay with older jailbreak.good luck.

Delete some of your tweaks and install the stashing one and reinstall the tweaks that you had installed

I think what the error code is trying to say it that whatever your trying to download exists in a different source
