Andrew, I have a tip for you, if someone else has not mentioned it. When you want to collapes your track adjuster, put a 2"-3" diameter log or piece of heavy wall pipe between the track and the drive sprocket. Slowly move the machine so the spacer collapes the adjuster. This is a trick I used working on Cats and excavators before breaking down, or removing a track.
    Good luck.

Just seen your TH-cam show for the first time a couple of weeks ago. Been watching it for hours during the day. I been mesmerized by your ingenuity, forthright opinions and common sense solutions. Admire the quality work for your customers and commitment to the job with clean up/re visit to sites. They are a few practices in various shows I would recommend but hey, if it works why fix it. Safety is however number one.

I guess all those things I had planned to do this morning will have to go on hold for the next half hour while I check out this newest AC video. If I hadn't seen the movie, Misery, I might say I'm his biggest fan but having seen it I don't dare. I'll just say I LOVE his videos! The one I am really looking forward to is when he paints his castle. That is going to be awesome! And sorry, Andrew, but actually the two males I have a serious crush on are Levi and Cody! @@TrevorDennis100 There's usually more space under the fender than what travel is available to the wheels. The suspension will bottom-out long before the tires can touch those screws. I haven't checked out the specific suspension setup on that truck, but that's probably the case. Worse scenario, take a grinder to the backside and cut the screws short.

I was thinking the same thing, and it occurred to me that being single he can spend his TH-cam income any way he pleases. He ain't wasting it on no stink'n new curtains! An old friend of mine used to say 'He who dies with the most toys wins', and I rather think that Andrew is an odds on favourite to take that prize. It's not just skid steer buckets. He has bought every tool known to man while putting the new roof on the castle, and lets not forget that he has ordered the top of the range Tesla Truck. He left Chris Guins (Letsdig18) for dead right there with that purchase, and it came right after Chris had bout and was showing off his new Ford 150 (I think that's what Chris has - I am in New Zealand and don't know a whole lot about American trucks).

Are you kidding me? The abuse that he has with his machines.I would make a bet that other manufacturers would never stand up to the abuse that Andy throws at it.Simple neglect is his largest issue.Pins coming out of buckets, broken teeth, overheating on excavators.I enjoy the videos but facts are facts.More force is not always the best answer.Look at the first few minutes with him repairing the fender flare. Does he care? Apparently not.I would like to see a caterpillar stand up as well as this Bobcat. As mentioned I like the videos, especially Levi.

Honestly, the Japanese made heavy equipment are far better than any bobcat or caterpillar. Yanmar, Kubota, Takeuchi, IHI actually have machines that are built to be reliable and tough, unlike the delicate snowflake American stuff. They actually put time into engineering things that work in harmony instead of slapping pieces together and putting them out there. No wonder the Japanese stuff hold there value a lot more than the bobcat or cat

Idea: have you considered buying a 3d printer? You often have to fix stuff that has plastic parts. Usually, you just throw them away. The bad track popping off caused the stress, The more time you try to track it on again the worse it got, The fact that you need to put new tracks on sooner than later or add more grease to keep the tracks tight. Tracks will last a long time. Its due to tracking the track on and off. Once it pops off it put a lot of stress and there for that is the reason it is broke, The T300 and S300 machines are real nice. The newer T650 and S650 are nice too, Yet they are a bit weaker than the S models and balance is slightly more off.
