Hello there, The new VW T6.1 will have the option of the "9.2-inch MIB3 infotainment system". Would retro fitting the MIB3 system be cheaper than buy it as an option when buying the van new? Thank you.
i have a golf from 2015, i mounted this system discover pro mib 2.5 on my car, everything working but lane assist camera not working corectly , traffic sign is limited, how is possible to solve this problem. new camera from golf 7,5 its not possible to fit on windshiels, have another form factor. please advice me!
Zdravo, imam Passata B8, 2015 ki ima ta boljši radio (večji zaslon) z navi. Zamenjal bi ga z novejšim modelom passat od 2017- (radio Discovery media) Zanima me ali je potrbno še kaj zamenjat da bo vse delovalo alo je dovolj samo radio? Hvala za odg :)
how did you connect the blue cable to the screen? Im trying to replace the screen also from 6.5 to 9.2, already changed my navigation unit, but the blue cable doesn't want to go in. Did you use an adapter or something?
I got everything activated/working on mine and cleared all fault codes, but i’m missing the languages. only have 3. not a big deal since I only speak english, but if it’s possible to download them, that’d be cool too

Sedaj pa manjka samo še active info display... Ali ste že poštudirali kako in kaj je vse potrebno za menjavo in ali bi vi to lahko naredili? Še vedno sem interesent za zamenjavo navadnega števca za digitalnega... Hvala. L.P.
Pozdravljeni, Sem ga vgradil kakšen 1 teden nazaj. V letnik 2015 sem vgradil AID od 2017 letnika in deluje vse.... Potrebno je odstranit component lock in na novo kodirati oba ključa. Potem pa še naredit osnovne nastavitve senzorjev ABS, saj se kodiranje in nastavitve izbrišejo :D Kodirat števec, da ti prikazuje pravi avto, kakor tudi vse ostale zadeve, odvisno od odpreme avta Torej potrebuješ: AID, nov okvir okrog števca 3G1858366C, no odvisno od AID ki ga vgradiš. nov pokrov volanskega droga, saj stari ne paše na novi okvir števca Če imaš discove media pro, potrebuješ še 1m MOST kabla (optičnega), povezava AID, Discover Pro

hello, big up for your job, i just want to know if you can prepare a complet set (the new discover pro 9,2 + the infotainment for golf 7) without having the car, for exemple i get you my VIN number and you code the set directly with the options present in my G7 facelift even appconnect actication. thank you for your answer
Why in the world would you do that? The gestures are a gimmick and the lack of a physical volume button would be a deal breaker for me. I've heard a lot of negative feedback from others and I don't like it myself either. Did the owner disclose why he had it done?
Display is beautiful, resolution excellent, responsiveness of the display and unit also cannot be compared to the old slow unit, Slovenian language interface and of course full App-Connect connectivity with Google Earth maps were enough reasons to go ahead with the upgrade, despite some mentioned disadvantages. Plus Performance monitor not really needed, but a cheery on the top :).

Just cut of the small plastic pin that is preventing to go in.

Does the Google Earth require additional module for internet connectivity? Also, does Google Earth appear in digital cluster?

You need to phisicaly take it out from the sides. It has side pins...

Try with knife for butter ;)... You need to pull hard on one side and after it gets out, repeat on the other.
