    Summary:
If you're a new grad in the Emergency Department and debating on whether to stop using a notepad to keep track of patient's assessment and plans, don't do it if you're not ready. This, added to learning a new EMR and getting familiar with your surroundings will backfire. Thank you for the advice Andrew!

Good question and good answer/advise! I just graduated PA school a few days ago and I have this same habit of needing a notepad to write things down in order to recall information when presenting or writing notes. It always amazes me when I see mature PA's seamlessly present and recall so much information off the top of their heads, but as you said, it comes with practice. I will try to remember this once I start working in the ER after I pass the PANCE. Thanks again!

Andrew, Very nice improvements. Audio is much better and there is very nice depth in your video. The video lighting is quite nice. Well done. I don't think your last video "sucked", the content was strong just a few technical tweaks were needed and you stepped it up, nicely done. I do feel there is a too much headroom. Keep up the good work. I agree on releasing something when it is not perfect. You have to START, otherwise, if you wait for perfection, you'll never get going. You need to pull the trigger and improve along the way. Good job, Paul

What was your major? I’m struggling with finding a major that I can do just in case I don’t go to pa school. Instead of nursing... I will never do nursing

Nursing gives you a job but every other undergrad degree doesn’t or is very hard to find. That’s why people go to PA schoo l
