Probably the section of your own insurance called "Uninsured Motorist" which covers medical bills from injuries caused by uninsured or run-away driver. Typically that section only covers medical bills (depending on how much coverage you pay for) BUT you can purchase separate coverage under that section for property damages as well which costs an extra $30-50 dollars a year.
