The setup is perfect on my DX6 and the airbrake is setup with just BNF. I will hopefully upgrade the motors someday. TIP: if anyone ever busts the foam area behind the front gear support arm, I repaired mine with Great Stuff insulation foam for Gaps and cracks in tile. You just have to do short quick sprays and wait for each set of spray bursts to finish expanding because the stuff keeps expanding and filling the space. But in the end, my repair is nice and solid but lightweight.
really nice job but it would have been nicer if it used 80-90mm jets because its heavier than the f18 so its probably slower, and thrust vectoring like the freewing su 35.
Hi guys! So, I crash my first SU-30, basically because our Sacramento summer was too smoky :(, but air frame has fiber reinforcement, and that's make frame very strong!!! Second, I crashed Yak-130 from Motion RC... for stupid reason, obviously, but nothing left! Third, I have trust reverse and now I am not overshooting our runway, just flip switch and full throttle! I think it help me save about 30% of runway. And last thing, I like Hobby Eagle A3 S3 flight controller instead of AS3X. One switch for Modes and another for Gyro gain, plus field programmer.
PLEASE DEMO HOW TO ASSIGN A CHANNEL/SWITCH TO TOGGLE ON/OFF SAFE SELECT ON ix12. My RC Aircraft has SAFE SELECT turned of but I can't seem to figure out how to turn it OFF whenever I need to. ix12
not true,I have both.and both Jets are awesome and believe me SU30 won't disappoint you. Just different jets and size. by the way quality of Su30 is much higher than mig29
