    On my website there are hundreds of meal prep, snack, and macro friendly dessert recipes that I have developed over the years. There are no targeted ads, no pointless life stories and endless scrolling to get to the ingredient list, just the recipes. I have a subscription based model where Gold Members have access to every recipe on the site, which is under $5/month with annual memberships. If that's not your thing, there is also a Silver level membership that is free for life, still ad free, and you get access to more than 40% of the recipes. Registering to become a member, whether that is a Gold or Silver (free) member, is the best way you can help support what I do. I appreciate all of you more than you know 😎

Add 2 tablespoons chili powder, 1 teaspoon minced garlic, 1 tablespoon oregano, cook down, add 1 can of black or kidney beans (drained), one can whole plum tomatoes, cook until thickened chili consistency, cook elbow macaroni separately ( follow box directions, about half pound. Add pasta to chili mix, add in chedder cheese, transfer to baking dish, bake at 400 or until bubbly and cheese is melted. Voila, Emeril LaGasse chili Mac. Add salt in various steps as needed.

    Good stuff. Looks like a lot of the prep time is spent chopping the vegetables - if anyone's really not interested in cooking, I would just use a bag of frozen mixed vegetables (carrots, peas, onions, sometimes all sold together, and frozen spinach), omit the potatoes and use a pound of pasta, use garlic and onion powder for seasoning, and maybe use concentrated tomato paste instead of the canned tomatoes since the frozen vegetables will have a good amount of water in them too. Could pull this meal together in 20-30 mins with all that.

    • @Jacket84
      @Jacket84 ปีที่แล้ว

      if anyone's really not interested in "cooking"? to be clear, you mean chopping the veggies, right? because you still need to actually cook everything for this to work lol. you could still buy fresh veggies and pulse them in the food processor or a blender.

    • @Lucifer103

      It's very easy. Rice, chicken/ground beef and some vegetables. More calories = adding more rice.

      @@MastahMich I know it’s easy to just have a ton of rice with each meal but like I said, I’m looking for other options of put together meals that aren’t just a protein source and rice lol rice also doesn’t really have a lot of nutritional value aside from the calorie boost in a meal.

      @@MastahMich But I appreciate your comment! I think it’s a great idea in a pinch and I’ve made plenty of meal prep before focused on just a protein source a veggie and rice, just looking to diversify :)

      @@ashlynstout2858 If you have brocolli, rice and chicken you have pretty much all the nutrients you need want. The hard way is the best way. These 'tasty' meals are usually not the best option. Rule is, the better it taste, the more crap it contains.

      @@MastahMich what’s the point of life if you don’t enjoy it? Lol switching up meals helps me and my boyfriend actually eat an entire weeks worth of what I prepare. Preparing the same chicken and rice week after week meant that meals weren’t eaten, ingredients wasted, and my boyfriend wasn’t gaining any weight. I don’t really understand what you’re trying to argue here, what works for me may not work for you :) I also don’t know where you heard that something tasty can’t be good for you lol maybe that holds true for processed foods but not really for home cooked recipes. I make a lot of really good meals that taste delicious and are nutritional, healthy, and organic. Just because something tastes good doesn’t make it bad for you. If you don’t like the recipes on this channel or don’t agree with them then you don’t have to watch them. I wish you all the best! :)

    Well, there is another way of making this kind of dish, make the meat sauce separately like a chilly con Carne almost, after that you store that, and when you want to eat some, just boil some pasta, than throw almost all the pasta water out of the pot, add the spinach and parmesan, and a ladle or 2 of meat sauce. The meat sauce usually lasts for 5-6 days in the fridge. Yes, it requires about 15 minutes extra/meal, but I believe that it's quite worth it.

    I've been eating your buffalo chicken rice bowls like 5x a week for the last two months lmao. Time to move this one into the rotation - seems easy and I can easily adjust it for my cut. Thanks for all the fire ass recipes, boss!

    Bro I love this meal so much. This is my second week making it haha. Ill probly stick on this meal prep for a few months then try another one of your meals haha. I replaced the diced tomatoes with salsa cause I ran out. Actually really enjoyed the extra zing the salsa gave it.
