I can see kid and killer working under saul trying to take down the celestial dragons as they themselves have their qualms with them. As for law I can see the heart pirates getting back together as they should escape by underwater travel and continuing to find clues to the history of the D soon reuniting with the straw hats again to find the final pieces.
The chance of Kid working under anyone is as much as Luffy; zero. Forming an alliance on the other hand is definitely possible, but not sure why specifically Saul lol. Unless you think he is the man marked by flames, which I don't think it is.

i like this fight more than any zoro and sanji fight almost. Its on par with the 2 best Zoro and Sanji fights for sure (the 2 Wano fights) but its also the 1st time we see Kid Law and Big Mom go all out.
Big Mom objectively did not go all out though. We only saw the extent of her devil fruit abilities, but never once did she use the strongest form of Haki (Advanced Conqueror's) when hitting Kidd or Law. She was plot nerfed in that fight. You can't have a character not using the strongest offense in the verse and then saying they "went all out." This stands out especially sharp because it's the exact same arc where Kaido said Haki reigns supreme, yet Big Mom conveniently didn't use the peak of said ability (that we know she has) even when she had the perfect chances.

She was not nerfed her weakness was always mobility and a 2v1 was too much for her. Kid took all the damage and Law dealt alot. When they pushed her away she was still ready to go but the nuke and vulcano finished her... alteast thats what we know for now. So no she was not the least bit nerfed

I genuinely believe that kid will have a redemption arc and will then get the only thing seperating him and Luffy, the compassion and ability to create allies wherever he goes. He will gain Loki's loyalty and support whose army was enough to make big mom think she could become a pirate king which will fix anout issue about him having a terrible crew.
Though I think this is a reach, I do legitimately believe that Kid in some way shape or form will be the top dogs of the new generation. His crew getting eradicated and his road poneglyphs gone is gonna be hard on him but he will shine at Elbaf in some way

The best One Piece analysis on the platfrom. Expertly done. So Funny how big mom fought so hard to claim her sit at the top with Kaido. To only have him join her at the bottom. Fought to regain a status she associated with power only to find out that not only her power but his wasn't enough. Realizing that maybe the problem was never roger or the upstarts to begin with.
TL:DR big mom fight most important to me since if she won casualties would end up way worse then if kaido won due to her just taking everybody’s soul. Honestly if Kidd and law had lost against big mom I don’t think the alliance would’ve won. Big mom would’ve just healed back all the damage or most of what she took then proceed to wipe everybody since the monster trio are all either still fighting the top 3 of kaidos crew or finished but basically beyond exhausted. If luffy lost against kaido with his g5 same result would happen but at least with kaido he wouldn’t be on the hunt for even his own subordinates souls.
Honestly Oda not putting Kidd's back story in the manga takes a lot of depth out of his character. Just makes him and his motivations easy to shit on. I loved Kidd for no apparent reason before it. When I read it, I loved him much more. Everyone might have given up on him but I eagerly await his comeback.
he probably left it out cuz not only kidd didn't have much screentime (we only really saw him during pre sabaody and wano), there is also stuffs like page restriction, making wano even longer, etc. plus Law kinda did took his place

One problem with your narrative. Big Mom wasn't complacent. She was actively aquiring advanced military technology by annexing the Germa 66 Kingdom. And before that, she tried to secure a military alliance with the Giant Kingdom of Elbaf. She merely failed each time because of internal sabotage (Lola running away and Beige-Jinbei-Ceasar betrayal). However, Big Mom was certainly the laziest Yonko. She only tried to steal others powers in easy ways (Both times via marriage). Meanwhile, even the thief Blackbeard has to actively hunt down and defeat strong devil fruit users to steal their abilities. Kaido had been preparing for war for 20 years. He took over a fortress Island of Wano to secure his base. Then he produced weapons, then SMILEs. He also fought and captured strong individuals to join his army. This is all very active stuff. Shanks seems to do nothing. But the fact his Haki and crew are so strong, means he certainly isn't being lax. He's a normal man that fought hard to reach his station. And he actively enforces peace. (Diplomacy with WB, intercepting Kaido, stopping Marineford war, stopping GreenBull, hunting Blackbeard.) Big Mom just lives in the personal paradise she created for herself. No idea how she got an effective intelligence network though.
I get your point but I have to disagree. Big Mom was complacent because she wasn't the one that try to improve her military power, she just saw an opportunity in those circumstances. Basically, Judge was the one who approached Big Mom to make an alliance, and she saw the opportunity to acquiring Germa advanced military technology. In the case of Elbaf, it was Prince Loki that propose to Lola and then Big Mom saw the opportunity to gain the military power of the Giants of Elbaf. She didn't seek this military improvements, they simply happened to come to her, but they failed. That is my point of view and why I think she was indeed complacent.
None of the yonko were complacent. But some of them were more complacent than others. It’s stated that the yonko constantly engaged in territorial wars. So Shanks, Kaido, Big Mom, Whitebeard and their crews were always fighting each other from the beginning of the yonko system to the time they were taken down. And Shanks’ “diplomacy” with WB failed just like Big Mom’s.

Well this video really takes me to another perspective regarding kidd (and law) fight against big mom , beside the crappy power scaling, the symbolism of what actually happened is summarized beautifully here. And digging deeper to what kind of person kidd actually is, despite his recklessness and what looks like his forced ego on his crew and his brutality. And anyway, maybe Big mom is indeed not really that strong anyway, her fight with kaido is a Greeting fight between two legends, and kaido never really serious when fighting her (Never really use his hybrid form to end her, just want to spar with his basic form). And she keeps underestimating kidd's and law's attack, that's why she keeps getting weaker after each successfull attack on her. She really think she still as though as kaido with his Dragon devil fruit ability. That's the only explanation why she could lose against someone who is just get wrecked by doflamingo a few weeks ago (in universe)

Big Mom is actually one of the first villains we see moving forces around the world, interfearing with other islands and plots and not just hanging out in her own space. She intrudes on several arcs before Whole Cake, and she follows Luffy into Wano after. She actively tried to get the giants under sway to use them as a force to conqueror the world, actively signed up with Rocks to try to gain more power, actively tried to steal Genma's technology to bolster her forces. She is not a passive force content to just sit back and enjoy the kingdom she has made for herself. No one has put more effort into chasing down Luffy. Compare this to Kaido, who after Luffy struck a massive blow to his operations by defeating Joker waited for Luffy to come him. Big Mom sent out her flagship over some candy. Big Mom certainly represents backwards thinking. She has power not because she trained it, but because she is a natural monster. She doesn't believe in freedom, she believes in making everyone get along because Mother Knows Best. Having never really suffered defeat or injury before she thinks she is invincible, lacing the strength that Luffy and heck even Kaido gained from being beaten. But i think its incorrect to say she is a passive force on the world.
Ehhh, i feel like connecting Kid's sbs backstory to Bigmom fight is a bit reaching. uniting people under them is a trait common to most conqueror users, dosent necessarily mean forming alliances is a key trait of his character (at least before wano). in fact Kid was actively making it difficult to form the alliance, constantly picking fight with Apoo, it was Killer who actually made the alliance possible and likely came with the idea in the first place. and i believe that was the main lesson he learnt at wano, the value of alliances. great video otherwise though.
I'd argue the opposite using your own example. The fact that Kid was willing to cooperate with someone like Appo despite not really liking him is a testament to how much he believes in a collaborative union.

People always still treating One Piece like any other Shounen where once a side character is defeated, they either became irrelevant or just became a minor support character that won't do much. While in reality we've been proven time and time again that's not the case with One Piece characters. Buggy and Crocodile are the living proofs of that. Buggy did not become complacent after losing to Luffy but instead now actually strive for the One Piece. Crocodile also come back stronger and actually shifted the whole world's politics. People who say that Kidd will just become nothing more than a grand fleet members read with their eyes closed. If he do made an alliance with the SH, it will be as an equal as opposed to just a grand fleet members. Some people even compared his fate to Bellamy which baffles me since he's dream and willpower are significantly stronger than Bellamy.
Lot of fluff when Eustas Captain Mid won because Dumb Mom didn't use conquerors or her eyes&Legs half the time. But with Both Kid and Law defeated, they'll get back up. Might permateam.
The Big Mom Wano matchup made no sense at all Luffy beef with Big Mom had been built up since Fishman Island yet rather than Luffy fighting Big Mom he fought Kaido and Law & Kidd fought her instead. Law and Kidd have a lot of animosity built with Kaido seeing as Law started the alliance, ruined his thing he had going on with Doffy and formed the alliance with luffy. Kidd was violated by Kaido and by his subordinate at the time, Orochi, had his crew mate get fed a smile. These matchups made no sense at all but I get that because luffy is the main character he has to be the one to figh the big bad Kaido. This video doesn’t Is nothing but another one piece fan glorifying Oda flaws. From a narrative perspective this fight was honestly random because I guarantee you no one would have predicted law and Kidd fighting Big Mom.
Oh no, two characters who were always portrayed as luffys rivals are fighting against a yonkou who’ve they’ve stated they were gonna take down numerous times, how random! She didn't seek this military improvements, they simply happened to come to her, but they failed. That is my point of view and why I think she was indeed complacent.

Well this video really takes me to another perspective regarding kidd (and law) fight against big mom , beside the crappy power scaling, the symbolism of what actually happened is summarized beautifully here. And digging deeper to what kind of person kidd actually is, despite his recklessness and what looks like his forced ego on his crew and his brutality.
And anyway, maybe Big mom is indeed not really that strong anyway, her fight with kaido is a Greeting fight between two legends, and kaido never really serious when fighting her (Never really use his hybrid form to end her, just want to spar with his basic form). And she keeps underestimating kidd's and law's attack, that's why she keeps getting weaker after each successfull attack on her. She really think she still as though as kaido with his Dragon devil fruit ability. That's the only explanation why she could lose against someone who is just get wrecked by doflamingo a few weeks ago (in universe)

I'm going to disagree with this. Big Mom is actually one of the first villains we see moving forces around the world, interfearing with other islands and plots and not just hanging out in her own space. She intrudes on several arcs before Whole Cake, and she follows Luffy into Wano after. She actively tried to get the giants under sway to use them as a force to conqueror the world, actively signed up with Rocks to try to gain more power, actively tried to steal Genma's technology to bolster her forces. She is not a passive force content to just sit back and enjoy the kingdom she has made for herself. No one has put more effort into chasing down Luffy. Compare this to Kaido, who after Luffy struck a massive blow to his operations by defeating Joker waited for Luffy to come him. Big Mom sent out her flagship over some candy.
Big Mom certainly represents backwards thinking. She has power not because she trained it, but because she is a natural monster. She doesn't believe in freedom, she believes in making everyone get along because Mother Knows Best. Having never really suffered defeat or injury before she thinks she is invincible, lacing the strength that Luffy and heck even Kaido gained from being beaten. But i think its incorrect to say she is a passive force on the world.

Ehhh, i feel like connecting Kid's sbs backstory to Bigmom fight is a bit reaching. uniting people under them is a trait common to most conqueror users, dosent necessarily mean forming alliances is a key trait of his character (at least before wano). in fact Kid was actively making it difficult to form the alliance, constantly picking fight with Apoo, it was Killer who actually made the alliance possible and likely came with the idea in the first place. and i believe that was the main lesson he learnt at wano, the value of alliances. great video otherwise though.
I'd argue the opposite using your own example. The fact that Kid was willing to cooperate with someone like Appo despite not really liking him is a testament to how much he believes in a collaborative union.

People always still treating One Piece like any other Shounen where once a side character is defeated, they either became irrelevant or just became a minor support character that won't do much. While in reality we've been proven time and time again that's not the case with One Piece characters. Buggy and Crocodile are the living proofs of that. Buggy did not become complacent after losing to Luffy but instead now actually strive for the One Piece. Crocodile also come back stronger and actually shifted the whole world's politics. People who say that Kidd will just become nothing more than a grand fleet members read with their eyes closed. If he do made an alliance with the SH, it will be as an equal as opposed to just a grand fleet members. Some people even compared his fate to Bellamy which baffles me since he's dream and willpower are significantly stronger than Bellamy.

The Big Mom Wano matchup made no sense at all
Luffy beef with Big Mom had been built up since Fishman Island yet rather than Luffy fighting Big Mom he fought Kaido and Law & Kidd fought her instead.
Law and Kidd have a lot of animosity built with Kaido seeing as Law started the alliance, ruined his thing he had going on with Doffy and formed the alliance with luffy. Kidd was violated by Kaido and by his subordinate at the time, Orochi, had his crew mate get fed a smile.
These matchups made no sense at all but I get that because luffy is the main character he has to be the one to figh the big bad Kaido.
This video doesn’t Is nothing but another one piece fan glorifying Oda flaws. From a narrative perspective this fight was honestly random because I guarantee you no one would have predicted law and Kidd fighting Big Mom.

Kaido even mocked Whitebeard and Roger when those aspects what truly made them the strongest
Because even in death the performance of Roger and whitebeard are eternalized
