It's good that you did a slow walk-around; it helps everyone get a sense of what that area looks like in totality. I particularly liked seeing the street signs. Since I really like the song and the Eagles, this is a stop on my bucket list.
Thanks for the video Stevejetman. I just passed by yesterday on my way back to San Antonio, coming from Los Angeles and Grand Canyon on vacation on and off Route 66. I had to at least get this close to Winslow, Arizona being a hard-die fan of the Eagles and the late Glenn Frey. Of course I was listening to The Eagles Take It Easy. Rest In Peace Mr. Frey, your music will live on!

Boromonkey actually no they don't. They do play the Eagles album 'When Hell Freezes Over' all of the time. Why would they play anything else? After all, the whole corner is based on the Eagles song.

I think a lot of towns are in a slump but I do know that Route 66 in Arizona has made a huge comeback.
