    I am looking to purchase in vallarta I am excited, Do you think there is airport noise from the planes? Or crocodiles?

      I haven't heard any complaints about airport noise. There are crocodiles in some areas, but usually not where people are living/walking, etc. If you stay away from areas where they are known to be, it's unlikely you'll come in contact with them

      I don't know of any specific plans for future development. It's likely though that we'll see more developments in that area

    We are curious about pet policies, because we have two well behaved dogs where we'd like an area to walk the dogs and/or for the dogs to be able to be secured when we go out, too.

      La Condesa will likely get a higher nightly rate and occupancy rate because of its proximity to the city. But your initial investment will be higher to buy a unit there. Mangrove offers a lower initial investment, yet still close to a lot services north of the city
